Sandwiches stuffed with fresh, flavorful ingredients that are placed in our steamer until the bagel gets warm and soft and the ingredients achieve the peak of tastiness. Now, we’re not a bagel shop. We’re a sandwich shop that just makes bagel sandwiches to order. Our sandwiches range from the classics – Phillies, Reubens, Italians – to healthier options like egg and cheese, vegan hummus and veggies. Oh, and our specialty sandwiches are just that—special. Bagels are AMAZING here first off. They are steamed so slightly different from how most folks usually eat bagels. But they’re REALLY good! The service here is also AMAZING! They are always super down to earth and friendly, they make recommendations of their favorite sandwiches, and they come around and check on their diners. Couldn’t ask for more! Usually get the Griswold and it is out of this world! Got their breakfast Bagel this time. Highly recommend this place – great folks to support!!

I was really disappointed that I couldn’t try them out. My friends at work were telling me how good this place is. I’m guessing it is a private eating establishment because there is a sign on the door that states Members only. I guess I’ll talk to my friends and see if they can’t take me there and try them out. Maybe they do like a visitor pass. I’m sure if the place is good I will become a member. I guess it all depends on how much a membership is too.

No complaints here. Classic, hot, and tasty breakfast sandwiches made on the spot to your liking. Staff is very welcoming and quick to assist with anything. Plus there is a cool patio space out back to enjoy if it’s not a 95 degree summer day. I will have to come back to try a lunch sandwich in the near future.

Sully’s never disappoints! I’m so glad they opened a location in Mauldin. I’ve been in a few times in the last few months and it’s been a great experience every time. The employees are always welcoming and professional. Jacob, in particular, has both taken my order and also served my food on multiple occasions. It’s evident that he adds a level of excellence to the Sully’s experience. I love the new location! It’s clean and the atmosphere is perfect every time I visit. Highly recommended!

Never been here before but I would go again. The sandwiches are huge and filling but I do think I prefer more of a toasted bagel if I had to choose. Even so, the atmosphere was nice and value wasn’t bad. They have some creative sandwich creations you can choose from and for that alone it’s worth a few tries!

I went to the new Sully’s Steamers in Mauldin a few days ago for lunch. It’s a nice cozy sandwich shop with an outdoor patio area. I tried the steamer with turkey, bacon, pepper jack and provolone, lettuce and a peppercorn sauce, I think it’s called the Griswald but I’m not sure. The jalapeño cheddar bagel was soft but not chewy. Everything was delicious and they don’t skimp on the quality ingredients. If you like a good hot sandwich you should try Sully’s Steamers.
