Started out of a sushi cart in Riverside, CA and by popular demand we established our first restaurant in 2020 located in Colton, CA. Japanese inspired Mexican sushi, Sinaloa mariscos (sea food) composes our menu. Addictive foods with taste you can’t resist. Made fresh daily, Genuine good food!!!

Excellent sushi. As fresh as you would find at the best restaurants. Some Mexican flare as well, making it a unique experience. Very friendly service by the owner. The place also offers very nice, higher-end sake at a reasonable price.

Hands down the BEST sushi!! The flavors are one of a kind, the portions are generous & pricing is fair provided the high quality fish. I admit I’m a sushi snob and my only complaint is that they set a standard so high in flavor that other sushi spots just can’t compete for me! And if any of my friends want to go out to eat, I want Sumabiiiiiiii!!! You’ve been warned 🙂

This place is great, feels like they should have more business. The price is great, the food is great, service is great. No complaints here. Absolutely the best quality sushi I’ve ever had. The sushi menu has a great fusion that blends Japanese flavors with traditional Mexican flares. Customer service is top notch. It’s a must but be ware it’s very addicting.

A very bold menu. A business associate and I looked for a place nearby to grab some dinner and have an impromptu meeting. Google maps told us this place was near, and that the ratings were high.. When we first saw the menu we thought we had entered the wrong restaurant…. the menu did not describe the same dishes you would see in a typical sushi restaurant…. the base sushi was there. But with a twist..I don’t want to drag this review out but I can tell you we were extremely impressed with the chef’s take on the traditional sushi fare. We enjoyed every entree that we ordered.. The chef takes on normal sushi is to jazz it up a bit…. This is an unexpected change with a very enlightening result…. I applaud the chef for taking such a risk because the results are outstanding….. In this specific location the staff was especially nice and attentive. Thank you Carla… This will be on our regular rotation as long as the menu remains exciting and eclectic…. great restaurant

I asked if they could make me a vegetarian friendly sushi roll, but the waitress said the sushi chef would be unable to begin making it until after 12:30 p.m. I saw other people leave for this same reason. The waitress was extremely forgetful and it was bad service all around.

The food was awesome and creative! We tried the tostada – amazing mix of a Yard House style sushi roll with Mexican flavors. The aquachili roll was awesomely spicy- even better than Sushi Asahi (which is hard to beat). Stephanie provided excellent service! We would come back again.

I do like their food concept and I want to like this place but I left feeling extremely disappointed with the customer service last week. We had a male server who completely ignored us except when asking to order and did not offer us to refill our drinks at all. Other than that, we were left alone and even missed part of my friend’s order. He seemed to be all over the place. It also took ages to even get our check when we were done.
