I have always loved the service and food here, but not today. I ordered a pizza special and waited to pick it up. When I got home and opened my pizza, I was shocked. Over half my pizza was burnt. How does anyone serve such a mess to their patrons? It should have been tossed in the garbage. I called and sent a pic to the restaurant with no return call or text. I am so disappointed. Never will I order here again.

Giovannis USE to have such great food! Yes they updated their store location but food quality has went way down and has been for a while. We stopped ordering anything from there for several months because it was either poor food quality or them messing up on our orders, and lack of customer service. But today our boss/company bought lunch from there for us. Disgusting. Cold, over sauced, the the bottom of the pizza stuck to the cardboard, and mushy. Just a reminder of why we don’t go there anymore. We will continue to drive the extra miles to go to My Dad’s Pizza or Sabaros.

Honestly pretty mediocre not amazing but not the worst the pizza was ok but the cheese sticks at first I thought the cheese sticks where like gatti town but then I woke up and realized they were garbage but my family was happy.

This Giovannis was good. The pizza was cooked perfectly and tasted great. My kids loved the mozzarella sticks and fries. I had a chef salad, which was very filling. The employees were very nice. There was a much longer wait on food than expected, but the waitress apologized multiple times. Overall, I certainly recommend this Giovannis for a good dine in experience.

Terrible customer service, unfortunately. I went through the drive-thru, and they gave me the wrong order. They were of mindset of deal with it. Slightly shocking behavior from the employees. On top of it, they were, yes, rude. I gave them the order back and left.

Went in on a busy night and the bar was full so I told the girl I see they’re busy and nowhere to sit at the bar and she acted like oh well, sorry. Yet there was a whole other side to the restaurant empty. I just ordered to go and took it with me. Was in there a couple nights before when not so busy and staff was nice and helpful.

This is the worse giovannis that anyone can order from. We ordered sandwiches and they had hardly any meat. They messed up the order as well. Told me the banana peppers were in the bag and got all the way home and no peppers.
