Horrible! The people taking the orders have an attitude. They’ll make you wait at the window when they’re doing nothing behind the counter. I’d rather go to the other place on Liberty Road. This hole in the wall needs to do better! I definitely have receipts and ordered two cotton candy snowballs that came to $6.77. It’s raining outside so you’d think that they’d put in more effort when it comes to their customers. Instead of taking accountability and making things right, they blame their customers. Go somewhere else if you can!

Horrible business, terrible service, long wait, no remorse. I waited 20 minutes for one snowball. I asked to speak to the manager who was not available. I finally spoke to someone who was “in charge.” She said her name was Ashley. Ashley gave me the snowball and rolled her eyes. When i asked to be accomodated, she said,”you have your snowball.” Very rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. Never again!

These people are disgusting!!! The “manager” is more nasty than the staff!! The whole place stinks with stench of disrespect, lack of people skills, or home training!! The way that manager spoke to me was horrible. And see this I why people don’t want to support black businesses. So today me and my kids went to get some funnel cakes and when we got there it smelled like burnt greese. Didnt think to much of it..but when we got home that same greese that was burning was the same greese that she cooked those funnel cakes it………yea they were nasty. Going to chuck that one up to them just having a off day.
