Brought the family here while they were on vacation. Everything we ordered was amazing! The boneless ribs and General Tso’s Chicken were excellent. And the staff was incredibly kind. Definitely a place to check out!

This place has excellent food, and portioned enough to fill you up! The service was phenomenal and the lady behind the counter (sorry we didn’t catch her name!) went well OVER and BEYOND our expectations. I highly recommend this place—you won’t be disappointed! I hope she reads this review. I ordered takeout, no fork in the bag, I’ve ordered food to be delivered no forks in the bag. Today i placed an order and i picked it up. Looked in the bag no fork. How am i suppose to eat. So i go back in the store in the rain and simply ask why is there never any utensils whether i pick up or you guys deliver. The one who always screaming starts screaming saying that dinner we don’t put forks if you want a folk to eat your food in the car you should ask. Why do I have to ask for a fork. Why be so cheap . she starts yelling and tell me I’m arguing with her. It was a question, she was the only one yelling and screaming as usual when you order on the phone with her. Never again good food ain’t that great but so very little to eat around here . Where’s the hood Chinese spot when you need one their food taste better . Sure lost a customer

Well ordered from there tonight! We do enjoy their food . Usually a nasty little guy answers phones , this time was a sweet girl , very nice ! Ordered $100 worth of food ! Took an hour instead of 40minutes. Which is ok it is a busy night! Finally delivered but no rice for any of our food ! I called immediately and said my guests cannot eat their food that is suppose to be served with rice ! I was told 5 minutes ! Called back 3 more times saying my guests cannot eat their food without the rice ! I was told it’s on the way! An hour later the rice finally showed up! Not good business! Delivery guy so sweet and girl on phone so sweet ! But management sucks ! Will think twice about ordering from there again

Had the absolute worst customer service here. From the initial interaction to the end the lady had the worst attitude and was disrespectful. Not only did I think that, but other customers waiting in front of the restaurant were discussing how rude the lady was over the phone and in person. First, when she went to take my order she asked if I was picking up, when I said no, she annoyingly sighed, rolled her eyes and asked what I wanted to order. When I ordered, she repeated my order for confirmation and I said yes. When I came back to pick up my order I realized it wasn’t what I had ordered. I kindly told her it was the wrong meal and that when I had ordered she even repeated the order to confirm. She then became extremely rude and told me that is not what I ordered…going back and forth with me as if it was my mistake. She then aggressively grabbed the meal back and asked what I wanted. Honestly, if she would have just said I’m sorry and asked what I wanted without the unnecessary attitude I would have ordered again. Instead, I asked for a refund. This disgusting attitude is unnecessary especially being that you’re the only Chinese store opened in town. If 5 other people are complaining about your attitude, then please acknowledge that and try to at least be more polite. I would never recommend this place to anyone else and I will never come back here again.

Simply delicious. I’m not concerned about the owners phone etiquette, like other reviewers on here. The food is always delicious and deliveries are always on time. My go-to Chinese spot in Washingtonville- hands down.
