The decor and restaurant itself was fun/cute. The food was just ok. We paid $7 for half a grilled cheese and a small portion of fries. It was a steep price for what we got. We also got the Cuban sandwich, burger w/ bacon, and chicken “tenders”.

The Sun and Moon Cafe was a nice and yummy experience for us. They ought to have it listed as the home of the monster onion ring. Although the cafe is a little small the decor was beautiful and fresh as I believe they’ve been only open for a couple of months. Nikki greeted and you read the menu above and order at the counter. The menu is mostly sandwich related however they do have loaded nachos and a kids menu. They are handicap accessible and have unisex bathrooms. The price may be a little high for me but the food was definitely worth it. Nikki thank you for an awesome experience and the only thing that I could recommend is maybe cut down the number of onion rings that you provide with the meals. As they are monstrous I don’t know who could eat them all at one sitting. It would save you a little money and probably last your product a little longer. Thank you so much once again we will be back.

Classic made to order burger that was perfectly cooked, and fresh lightly seasoned fries made for a great lunch. Unique selection of sodas as well!

Had a chicken sandwich and fries. The chicken sandwich was super juicy and tasted fantastic. Brioch bun was a huge plus, and the slightly spicy aioli really tied it together. The fries were fresh and the seasoning was perfect – didn’t even need ketchup!

Tried the nacho and Ruben burgers, and they were easily some of the tastiest and most original burgers I’ve had in the valley in a long time!! Absolutely coming back to try more stuff off the menu!

First time in Alamosa and this was my favorite place we ate at. The cafe is beautiful and has a great atmosphere. Best mushroom Swiss burger I’ve had in a long time! Will be back if we are ever back in town!

By far one of the worst restaurants here locally that I have ever eaten that the burger was definitely undercooked, and when it was returned to the kitchen, the cook which is half owner, was very disrespectful and rude, and started throwing food around if you’re visiting alamosa, avoid the restaurant at all cost

My husband and I love it here! We’ve come back pretty much every week. We are never disappointed and keep coming back for more. We’ve tried the American burger (my favorite!), Swiss Mushroom burger, Green Chile burger and Fish and Chips. All delicious! The burgers are juicy and flavorful! Cooked just right.

I ordered the green chili burger to-go. The atmosphere of the cafe was amazing and the service was friendly. However, when I got my food it was not worth $15. My burger was still pink and mushy and I barley had any fries :(. I also had a hair in my burger too… I tried looking for a number to call but couldn’t find one.
