Great food and friendly employees depending on time of day. Day time staff are great and the food is great. I never have an issue with the day time staff. Night staff is another beast entirely. Most dont seem to want to be there and have bad attitudes and the food reflects that. The price is also pretty high. For 2 burger meals and a happy meal cost me around $30 which isnt bad as long as the food is good. I wont go after 3pm.

I ordered a latte and a hot dog the service was very very slow and very rude because when I mentioned that the latte wasn’t supposed to be solidified the lady didn’t turn off the blender she kept the blender going and my latte was liquified. Plus it tasted terrible the bread was stale and the hot dog was way overcooked like it had been sitting all day I asked for a refund when she gave me my drink but she refused she says no it’s supposed to be liquified. I explained not that much I gave her plenty of time to turn off the blender when I mentioned It wasn’t supposed to be blended for that long she made sure to blend it even twice as long after that and then give me a liquified foamy drink. I asked again for my refund and she said no most people don’t get pickles on their hot dog they get relish I said so this is because I asked for pickles on my hot dog instead of relish.

Good food and service. One suggestion: if you order a Bacon Lettuce and Tomato sandwich, say the words, don’t just say “B.L.T.” I got home one time and discovered they’d given me “Toasted Cheese” sandwich!

Customer service is very very slow. Prices are extra high compared to some of the other Sundae’s Restaurants. They don’t have hair nets on or hats. Don’t know how to great customers. God rest Allen Sherman sole because when he ran this place he was on point with his business.

Ordered 3 blitzens and it took 45 minutes for them to make because I went back up and reminded them. Won’t busy just standing around. Other people’s milkshakes were going out before our blitzems, after they ordered after us. There was no apology or excuse. Just an blank expression and some half made blitzens. Disappointed
