Cannot recommend this spot enough! We were a group of 7 on a Saturday celebrating our friends 30th so we were a bit ‘rowdier’ than the average patron (I’m assuming) – lots of date night folks (which I would also do here).

Hey Sunflower! Maybe you guys should go to some places that serve $150 a head tasting menus and learn how to do it properly? The food was amazing but the service was terrible. I should’ve left when I heard a patron complaining at the table next to us about timing and portions and the waiter explained they had just switched to this style of service to save on food costs and be able to regulate their stations better. That’s the explanation for why you switched to a set price menu. Yikes.

Dinner at the Sunflower was absolutely amazing! Really enjoyed the positive energy and impeccable service by all the staff, which was rivaled by all the incredible food coming out of the kitchen. Everything was spot on!! Was traveling with my brother and a good friend for over two weeks, and was easily one of the best meals & dinner experiences that we had. Want to give a shout out to all the staff & owners for a very memorable experience. Can’t wait for the next visit…Thanks again!!!

We had the most amazing dinner. Ben was a great server, food was high quality, and atmosphere was so cute! We loved how everything was coursed and never felt rushed. There was information on the menu where each ingredient came from as well as thoughtful thank you note and cards from the supporting farmers. We will definitely be returning the next time we are in Crested Butte.

Such a special place and unique dining experience! The food is fantastic, the portions are just right for sharing, order lots of small plates so you can try everything! The owners and servers make you feel like you are dining with friends.

I like food. I like drinks. I LOVE good vibes. Coming from a state with amazing cuisine and flavors, I always have doubt in other states. Sunflower blew me away tonight. So much thought and execution to every dish. The wait staff was dynamite. The ambiance was fitting, but Natalie’s flavors rose above all. Thanks for an amazing evening!!

What an incredible gem in downtown CB! Farm to table, locally sourced and seasonally changing menu. Fresh and delicious! Wonderful vegetarian options, friendly staff, open for brunch thru dinner. Worthy option if looking for a change of pace and a walk on the healthy side. Good size portions, definitely became 2 meals for me.

It is hard to judge what was better, the staff or the food. Everyone from the hostess, to the waiter, to the owner, brought an amazing energy and a wonderful vibe to a very cool restaurant. The food was carefully curated and fresh. The waiter provided great suggestions for food, drinks, and dessert. 11/10 would recommend. I will be coming back anytime I’m back in Crested Butte.
