After seeing the good reviews we decided to try this place out. Very small mom & pop kind of vibe, really friendly service. We got a series of dishes and all were fantastic. The General Tao’s chicken was so moist and full of flavor and the dumplings were excellent. The Sweet & Sour pork was perfectly fried. I’m very impressed and will be coming back!

Great food, great price, can’t be beat! The portions are generous and they make great leftovers 🙂 If you are placing an order, PLEASE CALL THEM DIRECTLY! We had an issue with apps messing up the order, but the staff there are very helpful and they made it right for us. Please give them a call!

Got take out here. Was NOT disappointed. Huge portions at great prices. We ordered the general tso’s chicken and stewed pork over rice. Will definitely be back for the stewed pork. General tso’s was as expected, bonus points for packaging which separated the sauce from the meat and ensured that it wasn’t too soggy when we got home. Did I mention the great portion size? If you’re looking for cheap Chinese take out and live nearby, this is it.

The food was great. Ordered the General Tso chicken and Mongolian beef. The chicken was a generous portion and had just the right spice level. The owner was lovely, it did take a bit longer then the internet order said it would be, but seems to be just one person running the wok, so I think they are doing the best they can to turn out affordable delicious food. Look forward to trying some other dishes in the future.

Finally, a good local and authentic chinese spot! It’s a small hole in the wall restaurant on Greenwood Ave but I consider it a hidden gem! Service was exceptional and the owner was super nice and helpful. I had the garlic chicken wings and Mongolian beef. Everything was made to order and the owner even threw in a couple samples of other things to try. We will be back soon for sure!

We had a lovely takeout meal from Sunflower Garden. The garlic chicken wings were perfectly crispy and the spicy wontons full of flavor. We also had the beef chow fun, bbq buns, and sweet & sour chicken – all great! Mango juice was also nice and refreshing on this summer day. So glad to find a delicious place like Sunflower Garden in north Seattle! Our kids even asked for more dinner AFTER dessert. : )

A tiny little spot within walking distance and I am oh so happy about that. I’ve eaten here three times now, and you’d be a fool not to recognize the talent of the chef.
