I have never seen a restaurant designed in such a manner. The cheese puppies I think they’re called were so good. I got a boiled seafood option and it was great. My waiter Casey was so friendly. I love how they have the sinks for you to wash your hands after getting deep into their various dish selections. I was hoping to find a new seafood spot and I have. Nice music selection and a simple relaxing atmosphere. What else is there to ask for. The cherry drink was tasty.

What a pleasant surprise. My family and I stopped in for lunch for our father’s day celebration. Everything from the service to the food was great. Everything we ordered was delicious but we particularly enjoyed the rockefeller oysters, fried shrimp and chicken wings.

My wife and I stopped by on a whim and received really good service at the bar. The place is really nice and very clean. I was disappointed in my oyster poboy, because of the way it was put together. The oysters were sitting on top and would have fallen off if I had tried to pick it up. I had to take it apart and reassemble it so that I could eat it. Overall, the food was good.

Ya’ll run don’t walk to sunny seafood! We tried everything off the happy hour snacks menu. The mushrooms and calamari were yummy. The pickles are very lightly breaded. I liked them my kiddos did not. The shrimp cocktail came with salsa instead of cocktail sauce. We had a crab po boy, gumbo, and boiled shrimp and crab in what I think was called sunny seasoning. Everything was delicious (with the exception of the gumbo it was pretty tasteless. the roux is so dark we were expecting way more flavor) the wings were Hella good and I don’t normally eat wings. the service was on point! 85 bucks for everything. I had a bloody mary and it was very good and only 4 bucks on happy hour menu. Be forewarned it was strong.

Everything was so delicious. We love the sauce that came with the fried pickles and calamari. The grilled squid was sooo tender, ugh amazing. The fried shrimp had the perfect amount of batter and was fried just right with the shrimp being tender. We got the boiled seafood bowl of green mussels, shrimp, and crab clusters. We went with the sunny special sauce/spicy and it was so good! Again, everything was tender and flavorful and service was great too.

Overall the food was very flavorful definitely not under seasoned at all. We got fried calamari, fried mushrooms, garlic Parmesan wings, fried catfish tacos, snow crab platter, and some other sides! The fried catfish was perfectly fried and the wings were very well seasoned and texture was perfect! I also really liked the fried mushrooms. And the green beans are also very good! Loved it all!

This is a good place for seafood but it is a little pricey. However, if you are feeling like spending some money for good food, it’s a solid choice. I got the snow crab, shrimp and lobster boil and it was a lot of food and everything was good. My wife got the seared salmon and really enjoyed it. I like salmon occasionally but it’s not my go to fish; with that said, I tried her dish and would get the seared salmon there as it was seasoned and seared the right way. It’s definitely not an every week or even every month restaurant for us but we will be back.
