I’ve only been here once before. I decided to try it out one more time. The food item I ordered lacked any kind of seasoning. Like zero salt, pepper, etc. The wait staff were nice, but definitely need more training. I was not very comfortable sitting at the counter while eating. The staff has a small table directly on the other side where one person can sit. I guess they sit there to take a break. The waitress’s head and hair were literally a foot away from my plate while she played on her phone. It was pretty irritating. I was ready to go rather quickly as I couldn’t really enjoy my food or personal space. The wait staff should not be sitting anyways, at least not in view of customers. And they most certainly shouldn’t be on electronic devices in view of customers. It seemed very unprofessional and unsanitary. Unfortunately, after this experience I will not be back.

I had to give this place another chance and I’m so glad I did. Their French toast is like heaven and their turkey sausage was the bomb. The hot chocolate was also good, which is unusual. Their waffles were ok too. In case you didn’t know, this place is an amazing brunch spot that looks like a 1950s-ish diner serving pretty much anything you can think of for breakfast, from crepes to pancakes to country fried steak. They also serve some lunch items like burgers and fish. Prices range from $8-15 a dish. The only bad thing is the eggs. I don’t know what kind of genetically modified eggs they use but they look like liquid. The waitress said they are indeed not liquid and come from a shell. The thing is they don’t have any white in them (if you order scrambled). Also, please don’t order scrambled like me. They came out like a patty. Not sure why, but even a reorder had me very sad for Sunny Side Up. Y’all cannot have the name and not know how to make eggs. I tried a patty melt from, and other than it being on rye bread, it was pretty good. Place is worth it, and has a retro feel to it. Service is good as well. Definitely love this place.

When I walked Inside this place I thought I was walking into a diner from the past but in a Good Way! It was open and bright as well as the cleanest I have seen in a long time! I enjoyed my time there I ordered steak which was surprisingly over seasoned for breakfast, everything else was good!
