I hoped everything would be amazing! I love supporting little diners like this. And my dad really likes it so we tried it today with the family. The food took an extremely long time! Especially since we were the only ones that had ordered. The only people in the entire restaurant! My tenderloin had very good flavor but one was as thin as paper. The squash was just okay, okra was just okay. Green beans had absolutely no seasoning. The corn nuggets are good! I do like that they do karaoke and have a gospel night but we live too far to try that. Unless my dad was paying again we probably would not go back.

1st of all I want to say that we eat at Sunrise Cafe some times. The food is usually pretty good. This was the 1st time that my sis & I ordered the fish plate. Really big piece of pre breaded fish, kinda like you’d buy in a grocery store. It’s more fitting for a sandwich. It was ok, we ate it. You get two sides with it. The sides were throughly cooked and hot. They had a live blue grass band there ( Fri nights) which were really good. Of course we will be going back.

The food there was excellent I had an omelet it was so big I couldn’t eat it all had to bring it home my husband had a big hamburger and couldn’t eat it all the prices were great the service was awesome and the restaurant was clean so I give it five stars it’s worth visiting
