So I’ve been to Monty’s inside the the Casablanca a couple times. This is my third time and the previous two times the food was amazing the service was exemplary. I don’t know who’s there right now. No I don’t know if it’s because I place my order over the phone in the last two times I actually went in to place my order. All orders were to take out. I heard of the mac and cheese with the burnt briskets ends. And medium garlic parmesan wings. Today is Fri March 10 and my order was placed in at about 3:39. The only reason I’m seeing that as maybe you need to talk to whoever the cook was working at that first they told me they don’t have burdens which I was fine with. So they gave me brisket but I just seen the pictures it was just disappointing. I also ordered like I said wings garlic parmesan with medium hot sauce. There was no hot sauce it’s like whoever was making the food or taking the order to not pay. Still going to try it again. Seems like I said the previous two times food was great. So one bad experience had a 3 is that enough for me to not go but I hope the next time I go I have a better or at least the same as the previous two times. The wings are so blessed that I ended up putting barbecue sauce when I got home and that’s what’s in the pictures

Had a great 1st time experience from the clean parking lot to the food and the friendly customer service. Music was really good , not too loud to where you can’t have a conversation,but loud enough to sing along. Zach was super attentive and had great customer service.

Found this Great bar. Friendly staff. Good food. Gets pretty busy. Has a cute outside fire pit sitting area also. Great place to meet up and grab a drink with friends

The only complaint is that when you don’t sit at the. bar it can take quite a few minutes to be greeted the food is excellent and very reasonable prices loved it

Came here for the first time. Bartender was not very friendly. Kind of a drag to have to be friendlier because this place is down the street where I just moved to. I researched on google, fb and Ig. All good vibes and pics. Will be back when the female bartenders are there. Waited a while to sign up for the rewards points. Dont even know the benefits as I figured Id come back and ask another bartender. Everyone has bad night. Everyone cant be happy. But I even mentioned it was my first time.

My husband and I have been here before and the food is good. But when we went in the week of 6-21 the bar was busy with one bartender. She didn’t great us and no one came to the table to take the order. Someone came from the back to talk to a customer at the bar looked at us and went to the back. We waited about 15- 20 minutes and walked out. We went to Timbers, were greated from the bartender when walking in, had timely service good food and when leaving the bartender said thank you and have a great day. Casablanca’s customer service is extremely lacking. We won’t be back.
