They KNOW their business! The barista listened to a description of something I wanted, which was exceedingly vague (more guidelines than anything, as I wanted to try something new and didn’t know a proper order) and she created this white chocolate piece of sweet, creamy yumminess that just tickles my tastebuds every Friday! It is my usual, and she knew me the second time around, and what I wanted. They are fast, and they make EXCELLENT coffee!

I went there to purchase a gift card. The girl said she “had no idea if they had them, or how to sell one…” And really took no initiative to fulfill my request. I had to ask her if she could/would go ask her boss if they sell them, and how to do so, etc. I hope the effort that is made in brewing a cup of coffee is better than the effort demonstrated to sell the gift card.
