Our waitress was extremely courteous! The food was fresh and delicious. (Breakfast – half order, biscuits, gravy, and eggs. Biscuits were very tender! My son got a breakfast skillet – he loved it!) Loved the wood planking and tiles on the walls. Definitely recommend this restaurant!

My wife had the Rodeo burger I had the Mushroom Swiss burger and our son had the Big American Burger and they were the tastiest burgers we have had in our decades of road-trip diner eats . They were juicy and cooked medium to perfection. The vegetable noodle soup was the tastiest soup around . The fries were lightly crisped to perfection . The waitress’s were really nice .This is a must Stop n Eat on your road trip through Northern Indiana.

Best chicken club sandwich ever!! Chicken was moist. Avocado, tomato and lettuce was fresh. Flavorful sauce. All on a perfectly toasted sourdough! And I had a fresh side salad. Not to fancy, but Delicious!!! My mom loved her hamburger, too!

Alright so let me begin this by saying the food is good and the waitresses are nice and friendly. Now thats out of the way, I can safely say I’ll never eat here again, which is quite sad considering the options for lunch in town. I was having lunch here and the health inspector shows up. The woman running the diner started to PANIC and yell at the cooks to put on their gloves…ok so that tells me these guys are back there cooking and handling food with their bare hands and are doing things that aren’t on the level. Second I could hear the inspector pointing out all kinds of food that had been left out and was in the “danger zone” and these people were(and will probably continue to) serve up food that had been sitting out that they again prepared with their bare hands. I unfortunately was halfway through my meal or I would have got up and left right there. There was more going on back there but thats enough to push me away from this establishment. Will not eat here ever again. If you don’t even have the decency to prepare my food with gloves you do NOT deserve my business.
