On our 14k trip across America we happened into Sunshine Restaurant this morning before continuing on our 2023 Adventure. Wow what a great way to start our morning and end an absolutely great time in Savannah. To make it even the best our waitress Gabby was a breath of fresh air and the warmest of Sunshine’s on this rainy day. The food was excellent the service was excellent and the coffee was the best! Thank you Gabby for making our morning a great start for the long trek we have today!!!! So very much appreciated! We highly suggest anyone wanting a great meal excellent service with smiles and laughter to stop in and enjoy!

I recently visited Sunshine Breakfast Restaurant and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food and service. The breakfast options were extensive and the portions were generous, with everything cooked to perfection. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure my dining experience was enjoyable.

On weekends they offer an breakfast buffet. There are scrambled eggs on the buffet or you can have eggs cooked to order. Great selection on breakfast items including fruit, bacon, sausage (two types) plus gravy, grits, biscuits. All good. Wife had the blueberrie pancakes which she raved about. Becoming one of our favorite restaurants.

Locals talk good about it, we came from out of state and we’re not wowed at all. Charged an extra dollar just for my Husband and I to have Rye bread. Wasn’t even mentioned when we asked what kind of bread they had. Wasn’t worth the price at all. Server also didn’t know anything and had to gonask someone else about 5 different times.
