Ordered 12 piece chicken for delivery. 6 pieces barbecue and 6 fried. Fried chicken was dry. The barbecue chicken looked like someone just poured sauce over the top of it. All pieces were small. Fries came with it. I ordered an extra order of fries which was an additional $5 which I never received. All I received was one order of fries.The order of fries I did get weren’t even cooked good. Greasy and soggy when received. Waste of money.

I don’t have a complaint about the pizza, it is good but their customer service not so much. If you place an order for delivery and Rose (if that was her name) takes your order, make sure she repeat it twice to you, spend over $70 to receive an incorrect order. I call them right back, she try to fix the order, but was incorrect again. I asked for a manager, “she was busy” I was told she will call me back and after over 1 hour of waiting I decided to call again, I got nothing but attitude from “Rose” and still no manager. Suparossa staff needs to be retrained on how to provide a good CS. I will recommend this place for the food but not for their Customer service.

Went for a pizza buffet for a funeral luncheon hoping to have minimal stress during the occasion. One server for over 30 people, pizzas had to be requested and took about 30 minutes to come out. About 5 pizzas were made for the party after repeatedly asking to have more made. When given the check it was hundreds of dollars more than what it should’ve been. We were told gratuity was not included in the service charge and after speaking with the manager we were PROMISED we’d receive a refund and never did. They took complete advantage of the situation.

Ordered for the first time in quite awhile. The taste of the pizza we ordered was fine, but I don’t know what the story with the dough was. It seemed really undercooked and soft. Today I reheated the leftovers, and it wouldn’t even crisp up. The dough is a soft limp soggy mess. I know they can do better, because the pizza has been much better in the past. I’m just not sure how a thin crust, wasn’t / isn’t crispy whatsoever.

Terribly disappointed. The delivery driver was not wearing a mask and that alone was very concerning. I ordered mozzarella sticks and they tasted like they were fried in the same oil as fish-they smelled and tasted like fish sticks, I threw them out. The pizza “sauce” tasted like tomato paste and not sauce, almost like a frozen pizza you can purchase in the store. Not sure what happened to this place but it’s not the same and definitely not worth the money.
