This is our first time trying Super Chix in Pensacola, Florida and the representative that greeted us and took our order, was absolutely amazing. She gave us a recommendation for food, and also told us what was the hottest item selling on the menu we decided on a Nashville, hot chicken sandwich, and chicken tenders with fries. The food came out hot and it tasted extremely fresh, we will definitely be going back! Warner for all those who want to order the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich, let me tell you it is definitely spicy but a kick you will definitely enjoy if you are into spicy cuisine.

Nice place to get some really good chicken at the mall. Food was great, and sauces were a wonderful surprise. Service was friendly and professional. We were happy to discover the Avo Salad came with a whole avocado! The prices are fair for location and food.

Buffalo chicken sandwich was really good. The chicken is a good quality not that junk you find in a lot of chicken sandwiches. Cajun seasoning on the fries was good although too spicy for my kid. They have Pepsi products which is awesome!

Great atmosphere. Comfortable. Clean. Energetic background music. All the sauces are available to help yourself. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Food was fantastic! Highly recommend the “Avo Crunch” sandwich to anyone who love avocados. The M&M & Pretzel Cold Fusion was the perfect mix of salty sweet smoothness. Great place for a quick lunch date.

Was going to Red Robin & said, “whats that?” Very happy with the decision to stop. Like others, I am especially grateful for the sauce options. Kind of reminds me of a chicken version of Five Guys. Also, the amount of fries they give you is absolutely wild. Expect to spend around $30-35 for two sandwiches, two drinks, and a large fry, and wait about 10-15 minutes for food.

The chicken is delicious. We ordered the Korean bbq and cordon bleu with rosemary fries. The flavors were great. The sauces are at a counter so you can try the different flavors, which I loved.

I only gave it 4 stars because everything is a la carte, so it’s a tad expensive. I thought to myself that there’s no way this chicken sandwich was worth $11 by itself, but I was wrong. This was one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life. In my opinion, it’s better than chick fil a. I spent $15 on a sandwich and drink. If you want fries, it’s going to easily be another $5 for a regular size. It’s a must try guys it really is.

I don’t bother writing reviews unless someone really messes up, but this place was more than worth the hype. They’ve been advertising for a bit and I kept seeing the poster they had up in the mall. I was really excited to finally try it and I’m glad I did. The Buffalo chicken sandwich and the Reeces peanut butter cold fusion was an amazing combo. The staff is really nice and overall 20/10 experience. Will be coming back!

Got taken by surprise while out shopping last weekend with my wife and kids, this place was low key amazing!!! Great service, clean and inviting, very friendly and hardworking staff…. The food was absolutely delicious, had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and Cajun season loaded cheese fries. Just had a great experience and wanted to share it. Will definitely be back! Love the sauce selection, the different french fry seasoning selection and the quality of the food. This place is to Chik Fil A what Five Guys is to McDonalds. Better, but also more expensive. Definitely a great place to go for lunch.
