Super Duper Burgers Napa is one the cleanest fast food places I have visited in the last year and more. The staff is attentive and friendly; owners of the place – James and Emerald both are personally involved and are running the place hands on, enthusiastically and professionally. We ordered a veg burger with fries and pinot noir red wine & one chicken sandwich with fries and beer. Both the meals (we opted for minus cheese) were fresh and well served. The in-house made pickles kept in the jars to self serve are a must try. The place has compostable material, hence is environment friendly too. They have started this venture recently in last 1.5 year and are doing a good job. Its conveniently located and has parking outside. I recommend you to try them out.

This was our 1st time here & our experience was great. The service & atmosphere was great. We enjoyed the music being played. Our food was good, I really enjoyed the garlic fries. I was impressed that the manager Emerald stopped by each table to ask about their experience. I hope this is something that continues. Two things I didn’t like was that they dont refill lemonade. We got an Arnold palmer but wasnt able to get a refill of that drink. And the ice cream was more like ice milk instead of creamy soft serve. Maybe next time I will try a shake.

Excellent burger and fries. You can taste the difference in the burger and cheese. Everything is made fresh. I’m crazy about the ketchup. It’s tasty and thicker almost like paste. The flavor in the burger and cheese was very noticeable. I didn’t think that it would be. Will be returning to try the chicken and garlic fries. Also want to try the shakes and ice cream cones. Soft serve yum. Too full this time.

This is a thriving business! They recently opened in Napa Valley & the customer service was impeccable. Very positive & modern environment, not to mention the great music selection playing. Oldies, 2000’s and recent hits. Pon de Replay definitely made me put my hands up to the ceiling! Personally, I loved the self-ordering kiosk because you don’t feel pressure to rush your order or decisions. The front of house employee was very helpful & welcoming(glasses & blond hair). She is even learning Spanish to communicate with the back of house! It’s beautiful to see different cultures & languages being embraced in the workplace. If I had cash on me I would’ve tipped generously. I’ll definitely be visiting often with friends & family. The best burger place in town!

I ordered a mini burger and garlic fries. Food was gross and the toppings were basic. Needed some sauce or something. Had juice but not in a good way was greasy. Garlic fries were bad. Fries are ok need more salt. Just threw some Parmesan cheese on and garlic flakes. Don’t think I would go back.

I went in with my husband service dog and daughters today right after 5pm. As soon as i walked in, an employee asked us to leave even though we had already ordered our food. It was over 90° outside, and my dog had her tags on her. We spent $100 on our food. I refused because my dog is registered, has paperwork, and there was no way i was going to leave her in the car. So the entire time we sat in the back corner, far away from anyone with my service dog, who is a yorkie, was on the floor, not bothering anyone. The employee that had asked me to leave, glared at me from the counter for our entire visit. I thought it was funny she had such an attitude with no name tag to identify her and was the only employee wearing a mask but only had it covering her mouth, not her nose, which defeats the entire purpose of wearing a mask. The food was very good and filling though even though we had never tried it before. I even had added extras on my burger to try them out. I’m not a big fan of organic food, but I’d come back again. I was disappointed with service, but the food made up for the rude employees’ behavior. I had asked for bags when i left because we couldn’t finish our food we were so full from fries.

The burger and shake were amazing! I’d rather have your cheese burger than a steak! BUT it’s a great burger joint, not a dance club! We couldn’t hear each other. I asked if it could be turned down a bit and was told the manager wouldn’t let them. Maybe you want a younger clientele. I’m not that old, and it was downright annoying! I’ll try again the next time I’m down in California.

Before writing my review, I decided to read all of the negative ones on here, just to make sure I existed in the same reality as those complaining about “grease” in a burger or “ambiance” in a busy restaurant. Turns out, I do, I just happen to co-exist with people that are somehow simultaneously pretentious and inexperienced.
