SuperMex just isn’t as good as I remember. My wet carne asada burrito was sort of dry to me. The sauce was lacking and the ingredients inside of the burrito were dry too. Ate only half. Chips tasted different. Still on a mission for a good wet burrito. Btw, this place has a Taco Tuesday.

Called on Sunday, 3/19/2023 at approximately 2:30 p.m. to place a phone order but no one answered the phone. I hung up and called back three more times; still no one answered. I drove to the location, walked inside with my phone still calling the restaurant, and the woman working (receipt shows her name is “Altagarcia”) stood there and still did not answer the phone. I asked her how long it was going to take her to answer the phone and she responded, “I’m not answering the phone because I’m busy and working by myself.” There was ONE other customer in the restaurant on his way out. The right thing to do would have been to answer the phone and place the call on a brief hold. Instead, this “Altagarcia” purposely did not answer the phone and lost out on potentially three different customers for this business. I’m baffled that SuperMex would condone this type of poor service. This employee clearly doesn’t care about earing profit for SuperMex and has a clearly idle work-ethic. Altagarcia is rude, dismissive, and irreverent. I will be sharing this experience with the corporation of SuperMex.

The food is excellent as always. The staff has always been nice and welcoming. The last few times, I have encountered a person named Amber. Amber, doesn’t say hi, she acts as though taking your order is inconvenient, and when she makes an error in your order doesn’t even apologize. This is not the type of service I use to receive there. A smile goes along way.
