Pretty solid bowl of pho, it was very clean tasting not overly fatty or salty. I do wish there were a bit more aromatics. The portion size was good and the price was reasonable.

The service is very warm and friendly here. I’ve eaten during a busy lunch rush and later in the evening when it’s nearly empty. The staff are quick to greet and are very cheery. My food came out fast. The crispy spring rolls have a very fine texture making it a little mushy compared to others but the flavor was good, and the wrapper was crisp. The nuoc mam was lightly seasoned with what looked like chili peppers but was not spicy. A little too forward on the fish sauce to taste alone, but plenty delicious when used to dip the crispy spring rolls. I ordered the P1 Pho with extra meatballs. The broth is a lighter sweeter version. I noticed the use of more scallion whites than thin ribbons of large onions. And I believe the sweeter broth taste is partially from deeply caramelized onions. Their chili oil they serve on the side is not very hot but has a pleasant toasted flavor to the chilis that are then finely ground. It adds another layer of flavor to the broth and I highly recommend giving it a try even if you don’t like spicy food. The dining area is clean and neat. There was some Caribbean cover music of 80s pop music playing in the background that seemed oddly placed but still pleasant to listen to. All in all a very good Pho restaurant and I’ll be back to try some other Vietnamese dishes since it is clear the chef is trying to make their broth stand out from others.

Their Bun Bo Hue was far from good, Bun Bo noodles were over cooked or simply just bad quality. Chunky beef slices taste dated and comes with frozen after taste. But the place was clean, service was excellent and attentive! Bring cash if you wanna save 3.95% from the credit card fee. I’ll come back and try their regular Pho, but not the Bun Bo Hue.

The best Pho Noodles in Centreville/Herndon area. The owner is friendly and the store is clean and organized. The lemongrass chicken and cubed beef are the best because it’s tasty and juicy not dry. The Pho taste good as well. Also, they have the best chili sauce I have ever tasted by far. Unfortunately they’re not selling it.

I have eaten here many times over the past dozen years, and unfortunately, it seems like it is going downhill. The pho was kind of bland, and they didn’t have a Sriracha sauce. I am a big fan of pho, and most are pretty good. There are a few standouts, but this is not one of them.

Great and friendly service. Have not finished a whole super-sized bowl in a while – P2 bowl was excellent. Really nice broth. Very tidy and great atmosphere, music was spot on, modern and upbeat. Thank you!

SUPER food!! Ordered a super pho, steak cubes and a chicken bowl. Satisfied with all the dishes here, especially the steak cubes and chicken bowl were too delicious. Not the best pho but you will not be disappointed with the taste and the size is just massive. Couldn’t finish the super pho and had to take it home.

Taste is so so compared with other pho restaurants. Make sure to keep your receipt as they will charge you more than your already tipped amount plus the additional fee charged for cc charge.

A good pho place serving up traditional Vietnamese eats. Came during lunch one day for a regular bowl and had high expectation which came up slightly short. Would have appreciated some extra meats in the combo bowl like tripe or meatballs. The broth is a little lacking in the deep rich flavor from other pho shops in the area. Love their dry chili spice and it’s quite unique out of the shops in the area. Thought the price was a tad on the high side even in comparison to others in the area. Service was friendly and quick but also had a long wait for the bathrooms. They should relabel the bathrooms to be gender neutral as well.

Best pho place in the area. Love the special blend of spices they provide on the side to add to the broth. I always go for the Pho Tai Nam P12. Highly recommend it!
