The scent charcoal chicken has been calling to be every day I leave the gym.. The ‘weekend only’ ceviche was heavenly! Super fresh. The corn was sooo good! A little different to plain old sweet corn. Plans to try the yucca fries and plantains next time. Everything looks and smells really good here. The crowd was lively, smiling, laughing families and couples. I even saw a guy dancing as he walked to the condiments stand! Music was awesome! Felt like a million miles from home. Loved it.

Mom ordered the lomo saltado and it was truly disappointing. The food was soggy and the meat didn’t look like what is typically served on a lomo saltado . It seemed more of what u would ordered at a Chinese restaurant (beef n broccoli type of meat). I tried some of her food and didn’t like it.

Super Rico is the go to for fresh chicken, delicious rice, veggies, pasta, plantain, and veggies. Don’t forget their sauces bc they compliment the chicken very well. We got the 1/2 chicken for 2 people. We usually take it to go. No need to order ahead! So good! Fuego approved

I’ve been hearing great things about this place. The congestion was always awful on r3 so i hadn’t stopped… til today. I’m a huge fan of “back in the day” Peruvian chicken… like El Pollo Rico in Arlington but this place here….. wow. The flavor, the seasoning, the chicken was hot and juicy. Even the sauces tasted more authentic… some of the chicken sauces at these other places were so mayonnaise thick… this one was actually well flavored and delicious

I ordered Super Rico for my son’s Wedding Rehearsal Dinner. The staff was wonderful to work with, super friendly and helpful! The food was fabulous! Everyone really enjoyed the dinner; even the most picky eaters in the family! The were right in time with the delivery!! Thank you for making my party a success! Please put one of these in the Chesapeake Va area. I got the Lomo Saltado…. so so so good. My boyfriend got the chicken. That was delicious too! I really want to just eat through the menu one meal at a time. I also tried the fried rice and creamed spinach….. again also delicious….mmmmmmmm.
