Have been coming here since I was kid with my family but the last few times I come the food has gone down for sure. Today was probably last time I come. I always order the chicken quesadilla which already was made different than before but I guess I should have specified to hold the hair. Found 3 hairs cooked into the cheese. So disgusting. Used to be our go to spot but quality has gone down

My family and I are from San Diego, but now live in Texas and hadn’t been back in over 5yrs! We recently took a road trip back and I’m telling you we ate Super Sergio’s beef tacos with a large horchata EVERYDAY!! They were beyond delicious. My 15yr old misses it so much now that we’re back home. The tacos/tortilla was super crunchy, the shredded beef super juicy, the lettuce and cheese very fresh. I added sour cream to mine and made sure we got extra limes, red/green salsa and LOTS of napkins. The line in the drive thru took a bit a few nights but trust me it was well worth the wait. I usually always rotate between Tacos El Gordo and here but this time we stayed with Super Sergio’s. They knocked it out of the park. I seriously missed this place. Will always be one of my faves.

I ordered a Bean Burrito and a Sprite. Simple order right? Wrong!! When I got home my burrito was burned to a crispy and my sprite was water. I called the manager and told her, and she said I will remake the order. I said no way I want a refund. I will never be back here.

So i went in to order lunch and the customer server never smiled at me not only she did not smile at me she also snapped at me when i quickly removed my card from the card reader causing the transaction not to go through but i corrected my mistake. But i was dumbfounded when another customer( not asian) came in, she was all smiled and super nice to the lady, the lady even said, “you’re so sweet to me”. So i told the server what i thought and she denied treating me unfairly, this is not the first time someone treated me with indifference at this restaurant, it’s too bad because i like mexican food but i will not go back there again if they don’t want my business, maybe asians are not welcome there idk but i will never eat or order food there ever again.

I never write reviews. I just had to stop and do it right now. This was the most gross, hard, tasteless, nasty order of food I have ever purchased. Not to mention not one hair but several hairs in their rice .. How disgusting and how can that possibly happen. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time or money.
