My dad, boyfriend, and I went here after we tried to go to the food trucks in glens falls. My dad was extremely excited because he tried superior cantina during take a bite and loved it. We were seating immediately and our orders were put in immediately. The food was awesome. The only issue is we had to wait a long time because the restaurant ran out of chicken. Not a big deal, just wish either the waitress or the owner told us the truth. My dad was pretty grouchy to the waitress which made me feel awful. The owner gave us 15% our meal which is not what we were looking for but we were extremely grateful. We ended up tipping to cover the 15% because we weren’t looking for a hand out. Just wanted someone to tell the truth. The food is definitely worth it though! The owner was extremely nice. Would definitely go back even with the minor hiccup we experienced.

Staff was friendly. The house Margherita was great. I ordered fajitas which were pretty dry, no juices or oil with the onions and peppers. And they charge for the chips and salsa after the first round, which is just weird. Overall, it was okay, but I would not go here again, there are better places.

My crew and I stopped here just as we were leaving NY and it was not disappointing! We were the first and only group there. The waitress was very nice and the food was out quickly, very well done and authentic. The free chips and salsa were YUMMMYYYYY!

It was interesting. The food was very good but we were not specific in our food cooking preferences. My niece had a medium cooked beef taco which is a tough choice for a kid. The meal was enjoyable for all, and the drinks and food were generous portions!

Been here 4 times Food and service were great the first 2 visits. 3rd visit food was cold and unappetizing staff was augmentative. Thought I give them a second chance, 4th time food was overly spiced and could not get through our meal. My date was ruined and the staff again augmentative stating that we did not know Mexican food. I guess I’ll stay with the authentic Mexican restaurants in the area. Mira, no more chances.

This is the second time we’ve been here. Trying new stuff on the menu. Except for the nachos as an app. Had to have them again, and they were great. Our server, Rachel was fantastic. Can’t wait to go back.

Food was good. Service was courteous but slow, and we were the only one dining. It appeared our server’s friends sitting at the bar deserved more attentive service. Also prices are high. Not surprised that this restaurant is now closed.

What is not to like? Food, bar, service all exceptional. Try it, you will like it. For those familiar with the other Mexican restaurant in Hudson Falls, the Cantina food is a bit different in style, but every bit as good.
