Finally! SoCal-style burritos in Ashland! This place is outstanding. Great food, great prices. By SoCal-style, plan on a burrito that’s a perfect blend of well-seasoned meat and potato (think fries) thrown together. It’s good, no matter what you’re thinking. Really good.

The six one bone will fill you up! The fish tacos were nothing short of amazing! Ran into the Sunday crowd but for how busy they were the wait was manageable especially for how awesome the food was! Was my first time going. Won’t be my last!

The food at Suplex Tacos is consistently very tasty and the people are friendly. This new location is a bit more spacious than the original gas station one. Similar decor, but it feels a bit more Spartan, spread out as it is. I think they added a few more masks on the wall, including a UK themed one.

This place had the potential to be huge. The ingredients are pretty simple and prepped on-site which is really good, but most of the meat tastes gross. The steak is low quality. The bacon tastes a few days old. The chicken is fine.

I went Twice. The first time I got a very large burrito. It made me Very Sick. As you would expect by the looks of the establishment. The second time I got food poisoning. As the second burrito I got had been all I’d eaten. I’m sure it was from suplex. I just HIGHLY dont recommend. The food tastes fine; but the stomach ache and what follows felt not fine.
