My frist visit in May was unforgettable. I raved to everyone about it. This time for my husband’s birthday was mediocre to say the least. The Mac and cheese was NOT good. The steak had less flavor this time, and the Mashed Potatoes were runny. Appetizers (shrimp) was on point, the land was excellent and the lavender margarita was AMAZING.

10 out of 10, we were seated quickly, ordered the shrimp appetizer absolutely delishhh and the stuffed chicken roasted over potatoes it was so flavorful my husband ordered the lamb chops and he was pleasantly surprised at how perfect they were cooked. The dragonfly drink was nothing short of amazing! We came after a long day of work and our food and drinks came out back to back . Great experience after a long day!

Great music, atmosphere and drinks! We had the salmon and stuffed chicken. The chicken was a little dry and the asparagus was bland. The potatoes were good and the butter cake was great! The salmon was ok. We will visit again and try other dishes.

I’ve been hearing a lot about this place. My first visit was last night. Firstly, our waitress was nice and on point. However, it took a while for our food to come. People who came in much later received their meal before us. Apparently, there was a kind of mix-up, unsure exactly what it was. I ordered brussels and the shrimp. The brussels lack seasoning and were greasy. The shrimp were okay. We ordered wine, and I had to send one glass back as it was not clean. You could still see lip prints on the glass. The ambience was nice, cool vibe with the music. I would possibly try this place again.

I love the ambiance of this restaurant. Very classy and I loved the art movie stars/classic moments throughout the restaurant and restroom. The food was phenomenal! I had grand marnier the lamb chops, Brussels and Mac n’ cheese. 10 out of 10 experience.

Sooo SupperClub on 2nd gets a 10/10 from me!! I’m always hesitant about trying restaurants for the first time, especially if they’re fairly knew, but I’m SO glad I stuck with it! The decor and energy in there alone is a complete vibe. I highly recommend the drop club shrimp as an appetizer! The sauce on it had me licking my fingers like I didn’t have no home training They had a lot of great drink options, but I chose the lavender margarita and It had the perfect amount of liquor to get me a little tipsy right before my meal came I was gonna be cute and get the stuffed chicken, but I’ve been eating right all week…so why not get a 20oz ribeye like a grown azz man, right? IT WAS SOOO GOOD I asked for steak sauce, but quickly found out I did NOT need it. The garlic mash potatoes that come with it had me me wanting to ask the waitress to slide me another serving, but I forgot I had an order of lobster macaroni Now, I’ll be honest and say the mac was really good, but it didn’t have as much lobster as I feel like should come with the price of it. (Still really good!). I could barely breathe by the end of my meal, but I’m not a weak link, so I had to finish it off with a dessert The warm butter cake with ice cream…listen…..I wanted to slap whoever put this recipe together because why would you bless me like this??? Our waitress was so attentive and nice and made us feel so comfortable. The tab definitely is worth the food and service. (Take note that they add a 20% service charge)

The staff was super friendly. My only issue is my brother had a party of 13. His reservation was for 8:00. They did not seat us until 8:52. We had to stand outside in the heat, and we got bit up by mosquitoes while waiting. This was very inconvenient to me and the others people in his party of 13. I feel that if we have a reservation we should be seated promptly. I don’t mind waiting by 52 minutes over is a bit much. Once seated we were placed upstairs and it is so hot up there be prepared to sweat. It should really be a better ventilation system in place to make guests feel more comfortable. Besides that, the food was terrific and the drinks were on point. I give the food and drinks a 5 star hands down.

I was thoroughly disappointed at the experience at SO2nd. I waited 3 months for this reservation just to be let down tremendously. My waitress Crystal was horrible, lack of urgency, lack of acknowledgement. She walked past my table 6x before greeting us. It took 12 mins to get water. We then ordered drinks. It took my drink so long to get to me just for me to drink it and realize it was absolutely no alcohol in the drink. I asked her for a shot & empress Gin is purple instead she brought me a clear shot which is obvious it isn’t empress. I ordered the chicken & my friend had the salmon. Crystal took forever to bring me a knife to cut the chicken. The mash potatoes were barely warm. The salmon was a huge portion which was fine but very crispy where u couldn’t chew it to swallow it. The ambiance was beautiful lovely decor absolutely but the food and service was trash. In addition to that I wonder why they mark the tables with 2 forks and don’t mark when you order your food with a knife. I wanted to have my birthday dinner there and it took months for them to call me back which for me just visiting and having this experience helps me realize I dodged a bullet. It’s unfortunate because I truly enjoy supporting black businesses but never again will I visit this place.
