This is a cute little casual food restaurant. They have about 8 – 10 stools to sit inside, but the setup seems to be for you to pickup your food and leave. I can’t remember off the top of my head, but there may be outdoor seating. We tried their brisket which was cooked perfectly and tastes amazing! Unfortunately, that was the only thing that did. The macaroni and cheese was disgusting and so were the sweet potatoes. If you are used to African-American style cooking, I would not recommend! The boba however, was also great! We will definitely come back for the meat and boba! They also offer some Filipino options that we will likely try when we return. Also, I want to mention that the staff are very friendly and very helpful! You guys have a nice group of people working back there!

My husband and I picked up dinner from this spot and was not disappointed. Everything was so good. We ordered Brisket, pulled pork, smoked wings, Mac and cheese, candied yams, and potato salad. The pulled pork was so good I didn’t need the side of bbq sauce. This was our first time eating her and we will be returning ❤️

Newly opened restaurant in my neighborhood. The staff was very polite and prepared my order quickly. The boba was delicious, I’ll definitely be back to try the different boba flavors. I wasn’t impressed with the smoked wings or the candied sweet potatoes.

The smoked jerk chicken is amazing! packs some heat, but not too hot. I like my smoked chicken on the drier side, which was perfect for me. I combined my half smoked jerk chicken with the sweet mild sauce and a side mac and cheese. Its awesome!! The smoked jerk chicken is definitely worth a try!

I ordered food from Uber eats. The food was not hot, the coleslaw was mushy and juicy, cornbread store bought wrapped in cellophane wrapping like a Twinkie. The the ribs were good but I ate the chicken the next day and it made my stomach ache. Was not to good. I still feel nauseous from that chicken.

Not bad at all. I enjoyed. I got two 1/4 rib combo. Received 3 nice size ribs per combo. Tried yams. From 1-10 give them 7. Definitely were sweet and had cinnamon. Potato salad was good. Collard greens just ok. Mac & Cheese good, definitely cheesy. Ribs were good. Liked the sweet and mild sauce. Good customer service. Will be going back. Keep y’all posted. The second visit was ok, not as good as first try. But will return.

Go for Boba not the meat! Had a 2 meat combo, whiting combo and pulled chicken combo with greens, sweet potatoes??? and Mac n cheese. Have to start with the sweet potatoes WTH just awful. I think they put liquid smoke or maybe tried to smoke them either way they are awful. The brisket was dry and very salty, there are other spices to smoke with, not just salt. The greens could use some smoked meat as they were lacking seasoning. The fish taste like it was fried in old grease and extremely salty very little meat on the strips of fish. I’ve seen better whiting in the frozen section of Shoppers. Need a better supplier. The Mac n cheese was cheesy but no pepper or anything just a pretty bland side. Put the Mac n cheese in the smoker like Mission BBQ does. The pulled chicken sandwich was actually not bad, but at $9 I think I pass Chick-fil-A and Popeyes on the way to this store and their chicken sandwich is like $5-6? I doubt I’d come back for any meat or sides here but I might try a smoothie.

First I would like to add that this is was my first time here, came to this establishment on a late evening snack I would say…. Around 9:45pm 15 mins before closing time. Usually when an establishment is coming to a close for the day and you’re the last customer believe me you’re not going to get the same results as you would ordering earlier in the day. But NOT in this establishment!!!!
