The food was delicious but a little pricey. It was a little confusing for first time customers. They also ran out of napkins and were using paper towel rolls. That was a bit awkward. Overall the food makes it worth it. The portion size was huge. I made two meals out of the burrito bowl. The tortilla chips were phenomenal.

Our Load Bowl Builder was very new and nervous, but he did a great job. All the employees were working well together as a team to provide a friendly and efficient service experience. Which was the beginning of a very pleasing meal out. The food was very good and fresh. Which, I don’t believe I have ever had an issue with the quality or taste.

I had a salad. They went pretty limited on the lettuce making for a pretty small $10 salad. The food was mostly fresh tasting and the chicken tasted good. The staff seemed like they were in a bit of a daze. Just kinda looking off into nowhere waiting for me to speak first I suppose. Then when I asked if they had salad dressing, I got a blank stare, you know salad dressing, for my salad. Then it clicked what I was asking for and I got a packet of the only kind they had, ranch. The cashier was nice and friendly. The tables and floor in the dining room where mostly dirty from previous customers. But again, the food tasted good.

Decent place to eat lunch at for a fresh and healthy meal….I read a review thats said it was better than Chipotle before I tried it and that person has to either be affiliated with this place or delusional bc it’s far from being better than the signature flavors of Chipotle…This place holds its own tho especially with it having a drive-tru window. I will definitely be going back when I’m in the area…The staff were all really cool and the look of the place is modern, simple and clean!

Don’t order extra extra ranch online. They won’t do it and won’t call you and let you know they won’t do it. Then, They won’t give it to you initially and you expect your food is as you ordered, so you drive back, find out your order is wrong (again) and call them and they tell you you can come back to the store to get the extra ranch you ordered. You wait 20 mins only for them to charge you 79 cents per ounce and you get home with not enough ranch to cover your 3 burrito bowls you ordered initially and you spent about 4 dollars hoping its enough. At this point you wasted an hour of your time and you get home again with food your not happy with.
