We stopped here for lunch on our way through Moultrie and was pleasantly surprised at how nice this place is. I enjoy the simple concept of telling them the basic menu item you want, like tacos, burrito, nachos ext. pick the protein you want, and then pick the toppings. One price prepped however you like. I got the nachos and love the queso cheese they put in the top at the end. My wife ordered the burrito and she said it was great. Enjoyed our lunch here

When Surcheros first came to Moultrie I put off trying their food for a while, but when I finally did more recently, they immediately became my favorite fast restaurant. I have only gotten their burritos, so I can only speak for that much but they always put plenty of meat, rice, etc. They also do very well the proportions of the insides of a burrito. I prefer their burritos over any other place in Moultrie, and my personal favorite is with their chicken in it. They pack those things so full that they look like the might just pop open on their own, but they do a good job at cooking them so that they ate neither loose nor overcooked. The workers are very nice, just like you might expect at a Chickfila.

I tried this place with my husband the other day and was very dissapointed. I got the veggie burrito and asked two different employees for grilled vegetables. I don’t know if they didn’t understand what I was asking for or if they just didnt want to grill vegetables but they were very strange about it so I just stuck with rice and beans and stopped asking. I honestly think all places like this should have pre-made grilled vegetables like the basic onion and pepper mix would be a good option but thats just my personal opinion. Aside from that weird scenario the actual quality of food is poor at best…the rice was mostly raw. Completely undercooked with lots of hard crunchy bits. I couldnt eat it. On top of the inedible burrito one of the people serving us seemed annoyed because we couldn’t hear them very well. The music was very loud and I’m a bit hard of hearing to begin with so it just made for a very not nice experience. Definitely do not recommend.

Today I went not for the first time but for the last time because I don’t like how I got less food than the usual and the lady after me received more. Plus I didn’t get much or any cheese on top like I asked it’s like you couldn’t see the cheese at all. Very disappointed at my favorite restaurant.
