I thought the food was good but the wait was longer than what I expected it should take. Also, do not plan on eating here if you have any allergies. Cross contamination from different foods is an obvious here. The salsas were well below average in taste. The place seemed clean and the lobby had plenty of seating.

As soon as I entered this business I immediately noticed how clean the dining area was and how the drink and salsa area was neatly organized, very clean, and the tea containers were full! That’s a BIG plus as I have got to have my sweet tea! Atmosphere was very welcoming and even though I don’t do dine ins very often I enjoyed it and had an overall great visit. I will definitely be returning again.

The manager of this place definitely deserves some recognition. Shaun was working all throughout the dining room and behind the register to ensure quick and friendly service. My friend and I were impressed by the speed of service and friendliness of the staff on duty. We can’t wait to return for lunch again.

Update, 5/30: If it weren’t for my child I’d never come here. The food is okay and the folks are nice, it’s just very unorganized. They do not have a very efficient way of working in online orders with walk-in customers. One customer left and got McDonalds for his kids before his partner was able to make it through and this is after they started prepping their order. I miss the days when this place was managed better.

Everything tasted good but was cold. It took them 4 to 5 minutes to finish the burrito after they put on the “warm” steak, rice and beans. Not sure they were really that “warm” to start with.

The gentleman that started at the serving line seemed impatient with all of us as we ordered. Also, l had ordered something but realized as ate wasn’t wat supposed to been.More on that later. The ladies were more friendly by a lot. But, not enough to counter the male server. Who we believe was the manager on duty. The servings were okay, tho we had to ask for a bit more on things like sour cream, onions, peppers etc. Basically what adds flavor to the meats. Well to say the rice and meat are hot or at least very warm would be subject to opinions. Tho we all felt same 5 meals that were barely warm. Now to sum up, the male again came by picking up the empty bowls or tables. We asked him how come l didn’t get the tortilla bowl as my friend had with my meal. He claimed he didn’t hear me say it. Though we all saw me point to my friends. Saying ” would like to have same bowl. Needless to say he wanted to argue instead of apologize and correct issue. We dropped having an argument because his attitude was a waste time to do so. But naturally decided to leave soon after. Customer service is a pet peeve of ours. We just won’t go back, it won’t matter to him anyways. FYI we found out though this restaurant had stolen the concept from another store in Tifton. Which sadly cause a really nice experience at the Camole. Which we were looking forward to eating at when we came to Tifton.
