I guess the term “chicken nachos” really means just a few sprinkles of chicken, cheese and a load of chips. There is no lettuce or other toppings as requested. If I had known this before leaving the store, I would have left it there. So if someone could explain what I have in the photo below, I’d appreciate it. I tried to give Surcheros another chance because when it’s good, it’s good. However, this is the final straw for me.

Fresh ingredients and tons of flavor. The Surcheros sauce was a huge surprise of the meal. I wanted more and I’ll ask for extra next time I visit. Loved the black beans too!

The food is ok BUT, for the price, it is not worth it. It’s “fast food” quality, priced as if you walked into a fine dining establishment and got seated at a table and were waited on. There were a lot of stale chips in the chips they gave us. They have the smallest little condiment cups for you to scoop your salsa into, it is ridiculous to expect someone to be able to enjoy chips and salsa by carrying 6 or 7 small cups of salsa to their table or else get up 5 times during your meal to refill. The s’mores dessert quesadilla comes out hard and after the 1st bite the filling falls out, the only chocolate is syrup poured on the outside shell and it’s really messy. It was bland, just a bunch of crumbled up graham crackers with a few mini marshmallows thrown in. The cost is truly outrageous, for 2 adults it costed over $45…..

Okay. So I absolutely love Surcheros. I come here often. The last two times I have ordered food, I always use the app, my order was wrong. I have them the benefit of the doubt last time, but my order is wrong again today. Items are missing. They are putting stuff inside my food that I didn’t order, such as jalapeños…. Which doesn’t seem like a bit deal until you have a bunch of tiny sliced jalapeños in your food, making it inedible. I ordered the chargrilled salad, didn’t receive the tortilla bowl( this happened today and last time I ordered) . None of the sauces are correct. Ordered extra meat last time, didn’t receive it ( honestly they barely put any meat on it at this location for some reason) . I get if you are out of items, but you should probably mention it at the window. There are so many things I could go on about that has been wrong. The statesboro location is slowly going down hill, wouldn’t recommend.

I used to go here all the time until the last visit. The young lady was very rude at the window (I ordered online for pick up) as she said I had to come in to scan the car code in my phone rather than walking. 5 feet to the bar code and then slammed the drive through window in my face. Got home and below is the $11 salad I paid for. Complained online at the beginning of august and finally get An email on the 25th of august saying he apologized for the inconvenience and I could message back it I were still unsatisfied. I immediately email back and now it is a week later and still no response. Guess I see where the employees get there customer service skills

Was there at 8:30 and they was closing. Watch them fix my food with the station not organized! Didnt get my taco shell for my salad. Horrible experience. Wanted to sit down taking a break off the road couldnt because the had the table in the seats.

I’ve eaten here a few times now and it’s been fantastic every time! The food is very fresh and has a ton of flavor. The burritos are always made really well. Most places assemble burritos poorly and you don’t taste most of the ingredients for half of it, so I really appreciate a well made burrito. Staff have always been very friendly. Keep up the great work!

Nice change from from Moe’s and Barberitos. Highly recommend the nachos and the burrito bowl, especially if you load them up. Alright selection of salsa but good enough to get the job done.
