Surcheros has become the slowest place in Douglas. They are more concerned about getting mobile orders done than the customers in the restaurant. Stood in line for 30 minutes before I left and the line never moved. If I could give this place half a star I would.

Ordered a mini nachos. It is usually very good but as you can see from the picture a just had 7 tiny pieces of chicken. Since the meal is almost $10 dollars it is not acceptable. Surcheros can do better or lose business.
