Great sandwich shop! Ordered the green chili philly and LOVED it! Cashier was cool and asked if my wife and I wanted our sandwich meal split. We opted for a ranch salad instead of chips and we’re not disappointed.

I ordered a French dip, sad it didn’t come with the sauce dip. I went back a week later, the stuff make sure I get the au jus sauce. I also ordered cubano with ciabatta roll. Amazing! The soft and crunchy bread with hearty filling inside.

My wife and I stopped in today and had an excellent lunch. Fresh ingredients, perfectly sliced bread, and not a terrible wait considering how busy it was. The melt I had was fantastic (picture added) and was cooked to perfection. If I had to add any constructive criticism it would be the sauce they had was not super hot, I could’ve used a bit more kick. All in all, I plan to try the whole menu, I suggest a trip in if you want that next level ‘fast’ sandwich.

Cute little sandwich shop with a surf vibe and decor. Great sandwich names related to the surf theme. Lots of great menu items to choose from. I actually had a hard time deciding because everything sounded so good. I got the chicken pesto sandwich which was good. My friend got the Vulcan sandwich with the beer barnacles which were really good. Big portion sizes, I took half my sandwich home. Staff were very friendly.

The French Dip was next level and my son’s grilled cheese had a comically large amount of gooey cheese in it.

My family needed a spot to buy lunch before we caught a flight. We wanted sandwiches so we could bring part of it on the plane. The sandwiches were really good but did take a while to get to us. The staff was super friendly while waiting. The homemade chips are also excellent. It was a fun atmosphere and you could tell somebody cares about the place. Definitely family-owned.

My wife and I love coming to Surf City Sandwich! Always have a great experience here. Very tasty food, prompt and pleasant service, and a cool atmosphere! I recommend the Green Chili Philly, my favorite sandwich out of all of them that I’ve tried so far!

The veggie add bacon on sourdough is amazing. Service always smiling, dining room very clean. Just a bit small, but the patio is nice. Parking lot is a little small and is typically busy when I am there. Overall, it’s almost perfect!
