First time trying Surf taco for myself and my son. I usually go to Chipotle. We were very disappointed with the food. Small portions, overpriced and they messed up my son’s 4 tacos and put lettuce on and I specifically asked 2x make sure no lettuce or any sauce! Just cheese and meat! Got home and lettuce on his tacos.

This was my first time ordering from the Wall location. I love Surf Taco and usually enjoy the fresh taste of the beef tacos. However, I found the beef was overseasoned this time and it took away from what I had expected. It’s possible that the recipe had changed since my last visit to a Surf Taco.

I had to order a catering order for an office and wasn’t sure how much food I would need. The manager Shawn helped me get the perfect amount of food and was very nice. He made sure I had everything I needed to have a successful lunch for one of my clients. He even helped me bring the food to my car. I will definitely order from here again.

I ordered a burrito that comes with a side of chips and when I looked they gave me a Handful of chips and when I was there Friday three days ago I got twice the size. I went back inside and asked is this a normal amount of chips ? He goes yes. I go really a handful ? He says yes sorry we have to cut back because of rise in food costs. Which Ok but I’m paying for this so I should be entitled to a actual side of chips. Also every time I go in this facility no one is at the counter and I have to wait 3 to 5 minutes before being helped. Today I clearly saw the girl at the desk standing in the back through the window on her cell phone. I will not return if I can’t even get what I pay for.

Had 30 tacos and all the fixings today for a family gathering and everything was delicious!! They were still working on my order when I arrived which means the food was fresh and not sitting around.
