I did not like pho but after my wife dragging me here, the food was super good and worth the 30 min drive. I will come again and spread the good news. Our server was very nice and quick. I enjoy tipping him because I know this a mom and pop shop.

Good Service and fair price. We ordered spring rolls, combo vermicelli, BBQ grilled pork and Taro Boba. The drink came in shaved ice format and the sweetness was to my liking but it could be less for others. All dishes tasted good except the ingredients for spring roll can be little fresher.

We have been here 3 times now and had great experiences every time! The service is quick and the staff is all super friendly. We get the rare steak pho with brisket and my husband gets Thai tea with Boba for a drink. It’s a great quick lunch or dinner. We usually have been in and out in less than 20 minutes!

We waited over a hr and half for our food. It took the server over 10 mins to finally ask us what we wanted to drink, The sever didn’t listen to us when we asked for separate pho plates.

I really like the Pho and have had it many times. Today I tried the chicken pad Thai and will not order it again. I do believe this is a personal preference and some people like this style of pad Thai, but for me it tastes too much like an overly sweet catsup. The price was too high for my wallet, but I know this is happening everywhere.

Ordered eggrolls, thai tea and pho. Eggrolls didn’t taste good. It was the worse thai tea I’ve tried. The pho was alright but if I would have known they would have filled it only half way to the bowl I would have ordered a large bowl. I was very disappointed in this place since I love Vietnamese food. I won’t go back here again.

I ordered the large dumpling pho. I ate in and took 1/2 home. The whole dish was very well done. The broth had a really nice complexity to it and seasoned well. Since this was my first time at this restaurant I had a lot of questions, the waiter was very patient and informative. I will definitely be back.

Surprise Pho is not the place to go if you want to customize your food with decent customer service. I asked for non spicy chicken pho. I was given their pre packaged bag with jalapeños and Sriracha sauce and instead of lime, a lemon. I went back in 2x more and asked for no spicy and lime. The first time they handed me a bag of bean sprouts. The second time, bean spouts and a lemon. They said if I come in again they would charge me for the food that supposed to come with the order. I was too frustrated to go back in to make the order right. If I could give zero stars I would. Also worker/owner splashed water from previous customer cup onto sidewalk right outside entry door.
