I eat here like one every week or two and usually I love it here but this time they changed. The person at the counter was really nice and welcomed me per usual and the food smelled fine but I looked at my food as soon as I got to my car and it’s like the serving got smaller… I go here and to the melinia location often so I know hat I usually get and how it looks I usually get like half a bowl of rice enough for a lunch and a dinner. But this time it was just 1/3 of the way(this is with the new bowl change) the chicken is different again, a cheaper quality and parts of it were undercooked in the center. But the dumplings were good and the s’mores I had gotten were great as well but the beignets are much smaller from what I had before with the powder sugar I usually get. I’ll be back for a retry soon maybe it was a different person preparing the food but I used to get a bang for my buck now I’m scraping the plate for some rice…I’ve eaten some food just so you can see how low the rice is.

Tried the pork egg rolls with the sweet and spicy sauce & the deep fried Su Shi Roll. It may look very intimidating but it is absolutely delicious. Packed with flavor and the perfect crunch. Even with the sauce on top the sushi was still so crisp upon delivery. This is my second time eating from this location I think it’s safe to say delivering great quality food is a standard here. Also I washed this down with a delicious drink new to me the Peach Ramune. It went perfectly with everything

This location NEVER gets your order right. Three times now I’ve ordered and they have forgotten to include 2/3 proteins in the bowl. If you call them and tell them, they just apologize and never ask to make it right. I used to love Sus Hi but I’ll never be returning.

Been a happy happy customer at multiple locations for a very long time. Any time I come to visit Orlando I must go have Sus Hi as many times as humanly possible. The deep fried rolls and the bowls are always yummy. It’s nice that they keep expanding too as many locations to choose from.

I order pick up on uber eats often. For some reason the app glitched and sent me to the wrong location that was the third farthest from me! They made an exception and made my order over the phone so it was ready when I got there. Excellent service, I really appreciate it. although the other location said they would give me my money back then didn’t so I did pay twice, but at least the people here tried their best to be helpful and supportive.
