Stoped by this restaurant again on my trip in Utah. It is a must go place here. Strongly recommend shrimp with scrambled egg, fried rice with shrimp and egg and braised tofu. Tofu with crispy crust and so tender inside and the fried egg is so soft and silky with authentic wok aroma. I didn’t order braised hock with rice this time, but still recommend it as well as a house special. Here will never disappoint me.

We had a Buddha and a firecracker. Delicious. The portion is absolutely great! I was really hungry after a morning hike but ended up having half for lunch and half for dinner. The tofu they use in the Budda is the sweet tofu skin so it brings a different texture and layer to the flavor. The firecracker is spicy but not too overly done. Although the tempura shrimp is soaky, it soaks up the sauce and added a different flavor to the sushi burrito. I was extremely skeptical at first but I am genuinely surprised by their food. Will definitely come back!

The fact that they are a sushi place and can’t do gluten free is shocking. Soy Sauce that’s actually made from soy beans instead of cheap garbage wheat is an easy substitute, but this place can’t make that one simple alteration.

Absolutely amazing. I got the crazy tuna sushiburrito with extra jalapeños and a taro bubble tea drink. The price was well worth the portion size. The chefs quickly prepared a hefty burrito with a plentiful amount of tuna. The rice was great and the flavors were perfect. This restaurant did not disappoint. Definitely recommend it!
