The experience is definitely one of a kind. Just getting to the place is interesting, you have to take the elevator up. The experience we had was intimate and the chefs were so much fun! Really friends and explained to us everything we were eating. The whole staff was friendly and out going and the food was so delicious!! But definitely be prepared to eat a lot of raw fish! I love sushi/sashimi so I loved this experience but it’s definitely not for everyone. It’s a unique experience that I definitely recommend you try at least once!

Funky cool fresh exciting. Lots of trendy New York vibes to it. Love the theme and intimate setting. FOOD WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD. Eat bite was bursting with flavor. Amazing omakase and awesome find for sure. Super hard to actually find the restaurant (gave me speakeasy vibes) but once you were there… it definitely did not disappoint!!! Also HIGHLY recommend getting the “Big Mac”

Incredibly delicious experience at Sushi by Bou. We had sushi bar counter seating which was great because you can see every piece prepared. True masters of their craft. Fish was ridiculously fresh. Some was flown in from Japan. Every piece is prepared with meticulous attention to detail. Service was great and the chef was happy to explain everything he was making. Also feel free to ask for substitution if you don’t Ike something specific like uni. Really enjoyed ourself and looking forward to coming back with some friends. If you love sushi, this place is a must!

Incredible Experience! We were the only two in the restaurant when we arrived and all of the staff were kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. The food was also AMAZING and opened truly broadened my opinion on my likes and dislikes regarding sushi. Have to add in how cool the chefs were; we were laughing the entire time. The ambiance of the restaurant was to die for and the tiny space made the dinner feel personal. Definitely would recommend for a date spot, girls night out, or even a solo dinner!!!
