I was traveling some cities on the east coast and got together with my relatives in Connecticut. My cousin who lives not too far from this neighborhood recommended this sushi place and made a reservation for our family get-together. After finishing our amazing sushi dinner, I realized why he loves this place so much. Everything was just so fresh and delicious. We ordered tamago sushi for the kids and the chef cut them in halves so that they can eat it easily. Everyone was so friendly and nice. Great food, great service. I so want to come here again next time I am in town. The whole family really enjoyed our dinner.

I ordered a cucumber avocado roll and its wrapped almost twice in rice. Make smaller rolls to cut costs, dont wrap them in so much rice that all i taste is fishy (seaweed) rice. Unbelievable. So cheap its sad.

I’m baffled at how highly rated this place is. Look, the service is nice and the decor was pretty too, nothing wrong with that. The food was some of the blandest I’ve ever tasted. The miso soup wasn’t salty, the sushi was over-cucumbered and the shumai was straight outta the fridge. There must be different cooks, because mines forgot the seasoning.

This place is much prettier than most sushi restaurants in Connecticut. The air smells so fresh and the table clothes are bright white. I almost felt under dressed! The food and service was also quite good. Attentive but not stifling. Prices seem fair.

The food was delicious, I had soft shell crab for a appetizer, I’d prefer if they didn’t add a side of fake crab next to the real crab, not a fan of any fake crab, the gesture was nice though. Soft shell crab was excellent. And for main course, I had the Rock & Roll Roll, it was excellent. Entire dinner was a bit pricey, but, overall I recommend this restaurant.
