Located off Cedar Hills Blvd this place has the potential to be one of the better conveyor sushi spots in Beaverton. Not sure what was missing on this visit but nothing really stood out and everything seemed just average. Food , Service , Atmosphere . Mahalo Sushi Chiyo!

The food is always good. I have not been disappointed. There are so many options and if it’s not a conveyor belt then you can order it. The service is super fast and everyone is super respectable. If you like sushi you won’t be disappointed. They have booths for groups or just sit down space to grab and eat.

While the restaurant had nice decor there were takeout supplies out in available seating. The prices were slightly higher than normal but not unreasonable. The thing that turn me away was that it didn’t seem like they were rotating the sushi often enough. Belt sushi is fine but you have to rotate the food so it stays at a safe temperature. I had three plates and all of them were warm. I’d like to go back again at a different time to see if today was an off day or I just came at a bad time.

this is one of the best places to eat sushi, they have the wheel and they have a la carte food, which is my favorite, the staff is super friendly and very attentive, I liked the place a lot and they allowed me to take photos, % Recommended!

Pretty popular place out in the suburbs of Beaverton. The place was pretty packed on a Sunday evening. I joined my sister and a couple of friends for a light dinner. I had the chicken hibachi (no rice) and my friends had a few items from the conveyor belt and also order a few items. The chicken hibachi was reasonable prices and had a good portion.

1st time having sushi chiyo, very delicious. The place is very up beat, nice atmosphere. Great music selection/genre. Sushi was refreshing. The belt was constantly being reloaded. Customer service is great .

Went to get some sushi on a Saturday evening and ordered dragon rolls. They were good except I went to the bathroom and came back and all my food was gone. They put my drink in the busser bin and were trying to give me my old food and drink back from the busser bin. I thought it was a little strange and kinda grossed out by that. Kinda ruined it for me. Also I was over charged. I won’t be back.

Bottom of the barrel for conveyor belt sushi experiences in the area. Just kind of unimpressive across the board. Came in at 7pm. While not a peak time, also not a wildly unusual dinner time, and the place was far from empty, but the belt was. Spent most of the time watching the same few dishes go by over and over, punctuated by long periods of a completely vacant belt – 40 minutes and not a single new dish was placed. Grabbed a couple of the meager offerings and none of it was great. Eventually ordered a few specific plates after actually getting someone’s attention, and it was all meh – dry rice, mediocre fish, and somehow robbed of the typical flavors. Upsides? All of the food was edible, parking was easy and the space was clean. Pricing is about the same as other places around. I Left feeling unsatisfied with quality, selection, and service…so probably not making a return trip.

The NY rolls were dry, like they had been out a while. The Vegas rolls I ordered fresh, so I thought. They were cold and rubbery. They heated one up, but I think they microwaved it. It came back hot, but rubbery. One of my favorite places to eat and today was disappointing
