Nice sushi spot in Fairfax. Went with the 5 person sushi platter which was composed of a mix of rolls and Nigiri, all chef’s choice. The fish all tasted fresh and and the rolls were well put together. The complimentary green tea was nice and light with a earthy flavor and they chef also sent a flaming salmon roll to our table which was very appreciated. All around good experience and can’t wait to come back.

Our second visit to Sushi Cho. Compared to our first visit a few months ago, the service has became worse. Our water was never refilled and sat empty for over half the meal. The sushi tasted about the same, which is good. On this visit we tried the mackerel sashimi appetizer, which looked interesting next to all the other sashimi options, but to our surprise the fish came out cooked and was really dry. That likely was the reason we didn’t enjoy the rest of the meal as much.

Great recent add to the DMV Sushi list. Service was thumbs up and warm atmosphere. Visited twice back to back to check on calamari and clam sushi but were too ‘fishy’ still. I’m sure they are fresh but to my taste, wouldn’t recommend. Everything was great! I would definately be back!

Sushi Cho is my new favorite sushi restaurant!! With hundreds of menu items to choose from, Sushi Cho brings something new to the table with their unique combinations. Definitely try the Salmon Nachos. Service was also amazing and waiters were always attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The atmosphere was also very cute and comfortable. Hope to visit again soon ☺️

We have been returning to Sushi Cho to fulfill our sushi cravings, although it’s a hike for us. The sushi and other hot foods are excellent. Our server, Eden was very friendly and helpful. He advised us against ordering too much, which we really appreciated. Definitely recommend this place.

Sushi cho is one of the best sushi restaurants I’ve ever visited in the dmv area. All sashimi and sushi is super fresh and varied and many kinds of rolls are completely satisfying. Especially, fries (tempura) are crazy crispy and not greasy at all, and it’s a taste I want to eat every day. Fresh and taste really good. Their special rolls are awesome. One of the best sushi places I’ve ever been to. Will definitely come back again! Just wish they could have a bigger place – tables are so close to each other, it doesn’t bother too much though.
