I am having the best sushi roll I have ever had in my life here , the owner is also the chef. I ordered #70- Red dragon roll, #78 Spider roll , the owner made a Salmon poke bowl per my request, they tasted so delicious, I am so impressed by this place. Love this Sushi Factory. Next time I am going to try their Cajun seafood on their menu.

Just came from here and we loved it!! Didn’t know that this was even an option in the area. Went in with my five year old and they, female server/attendant – treated her like royalty (many restaurant establishments are attentive when they treat kids as an obligatory act of kindness—, hard to explain- but most will understand what I mean).. the service was EXCEPTIONAL. The sushi rolls even better, if possible. Had the JB roll, spicy tuna and shrimp tempura. We LOVED all 3. Truly the hidden gem this side of Vero.

One star because 0 isn’t an option. I do not know where these other reviewers ate but it could not have been the same Sushi Factory I just had. I actually threw it all away. I ordered staple rolls such as Dynamite, Tuna, and Rock N Roll; they were absolutely disgusting. Not only were they absent of all flavor, the fish had a sour smell. I tried to redeem the meal with the “clear soup”, which was a brown watery substance with seaweed and scallions floating in it.

This is a phenomenal restaurant the best food you will ever eat. I don’t usually highly recommend but I do recommend the Sushi Factory. I have been to the one in Melbourne. But this location is wonderful for Vero Beach they have an assortment of food so even if you don’t like sushi they have something on the menu that you will love. The prices are great and the employees are wonderful. This is a restaurant you must go to

Unfortunate they are using the Sushi Factory name and logo. They are over double the price, same food, and actually the service is worse. Prepare to spend $26 pre tax and tip per person at a minimum. Drive 25 minutes north to Melbourne to eat lunch for $15. Same exact food and way kinder service.

Have reported you to the Florida alcohol commission for allowing underage customer to drink from his girlfriend’s drink after bartender carded him and told him he wasn’t old enough and was wearing no shirt in a restaurant. This young couple verbally attacked a senior couple who asked them to quit cursing and arguing. Senior couple called police .Bartender never confronted them about no shirt allowing 18 year old male to drink from his girlfriend’s drink and verbally attacking senior couple
