Interesting blend of traditional and modern sushi but the tools are significantly smaller (half) what you’d normally get in an order so it can add up quick. Environment was great and the service was friendly, also much faster than expected! Just wish there were more sushi options.

Popped in for a late lunch on a Tuesday. The sushi was excellent and very reasonably priced. The cocktails were innovative and delicious as well. The design and atmosphere of the restaurant was very modern and clean, it looked great. Service was a little on the self-serve side. Will definitely be coming back again!

Sushi Hachi is a small quaint restaurant! It is nicely setup with good food and great service. A nice touch to get started were the compressed towels that rapidly expand when adding water. There is a small tray with the compressed towel and water…cute detail to wipe your hands as you sit down at the table. The sushi is good but not great. The price is on the higher side considering the quality. Nice atmosphere and great service making the whole experience a good one.

First off, I ordered 1- Spicy Salmon Avo roll and 1-Crunchy Shrimp and they put both of them in the same dish which I thought was a bit odd. The Crunchy Shrimp was MID and had no taste to put it mildly… HOWEVER, the Capitol Roll was ridiculous! I mean seriously, it was one of the best sushi dishes I’ve ever had.
