4/26/2023 was my first visit to Sushi Haru. My first thoughts when walking in were, wow this place looks nice, clean, and well decorated. The place was larger than I thought with table choices for 2, 4, 6, or extra large booths that might seat 8 people.

First, the waitress was a peach. She was polite and warm, but they didn’t have two different types of Sale that I wanted that were on the menu, then the waitress tried to turn me on to one that she didn’t know anything about and the manager had suggested but it wasn’t on the menue. I then asked for a a couple of appetizers that I normally find in other Sushi restaurants in Texas but they didn’t have them and they didn’t know what they were. It wasn’t bad for Kansas sushi I guess but maybe my expectations were too high too since I’ve been tons of places in the US and internationally and eaten sushi.

I’ve always loved sushi but never had this place so I just ordered it on DoorDash. The food is so amazing, and I got a whole mini buffet for me and my boyfriend and it was only 100 bucks and we’re gonna have leftovers for days. Arrived super fast and it’s the best sushi I’ve had out of any place I’ve been to. Definitely get sushi haru if you want something fast, cheap, but perfect.

I love sushi. We ate here for the first time today, and this is some of the very best sushi we have had in the area. We had the Very Ymmy roll (which is warm, comforting and delicious) and the Cherry Blossom which had flavorful, buttery and generous slices of fish. The staff had a lot of tables to cover, but were polite, knowledgable and officiant. The quality sushi really hit the spot and we will be back.

Wonderful rolls!! Got the lunch special for $13.95 and was able to get 3 nice size rolls to fill me up. The bagel roll was really delicious! It was salmon and cream cheese with a nice crispy deep fried tempura. My wife got the Rincon roll and she loved it also. Our house salads were a nice additional touch to the meal and the ginger dressing was on point. Great music to vibe with, friendly staff and overall knowledgeable about the menu. I would definitely return back for more. ❤
