I wish i read the reviews before i eat here lady is rude and overcharged me $54 for just 3 rolls of sushi and i even get the cheaper one. Not coming back here. Better fix it before you end up closing the place, seems the lady trying to push the customer away.

My son discovers this gem while going to HS and we have been going ever since. He is now 30. We have tried other sushi places and they just don’t measure up to this place. The lady at the front has always been pleasant towards us. But we don’t come here for the people we come for the great sushi. Those that get their feeling hurt because the hostess doesn’t bow down and kiss their behind, either grow some skin or don’t go there. Or you can always take it to go. The menu has the prices listed unless you ask for something off the menu then of course it’s going to be a different amount. Do the math in you head. It’s that simple. I have never been over charged. We go every month and will continue to go till they decide to close and retire. I hope they don’t until I find another one equal to theirs.

Worst place ever been to. The lady is unbelievably rude. We were weary travelers passing by Oklahoma from Colorado to home Texas. We were on the road and didn’t know what to get and we chose a restaurant which was closed even though online it said it was open, we saw Sushi Hayashi and decided to go in without checking the reviews. Since the moment we walked in this lady was ruthless rude to us even though she was treating this just another customer properly. We decided to not tip her because of the way she was treating us. The moment she brought us the bill and we handed her our card she was like “would you like to tip us 18% or 20%?” because it’s the required tipping amount. We said we don’t want to tip that much. She said it’s the rule of the state to tip “15%”, 18% or 20% at least. We didn’t know how the 15% came along. Plus she charged us $50 for 2 rolls and a beer.

Bad service , I had to keep asking for everything I needed and while talking the Lady kept walking and turning her back on me . Also said extra charge …. FYI it was at noon and I was the only customer . Sincerely I do not recommend this place.

My friend and I went last night to eat sushi. Went inside, were seated and asked what we wanted to drink. Right after ordering my tea, she then asked if we had reservations. We said no. She said we had to have reservations. She didn’t asked us that before seating us. WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THE PLACE!! Friday night and the place was completely empty. I was horrified that we were asked to leave! We are just 2 senior ladies getting out of the house to enjoy an evening out. I’ve never experienced such abhorrent behavior from an establishment. I don’t know how they stay in business treating customers this way.

I’ve been eating at Sushi Hayashi since they opened, both dine in and take out. The rolls are well made and taste great. I’ve always have great service, the owner knows me by name and is friendly. I love the sashimi, Beverly Roll, Tootsie Roll and the Spicy Cowboy Roll. Their teriyaki chicken is another great option.

Our sushi was amazing. Great flavor and fresh. All hand rolled. We didn’t realize we needed an appointment but someone had cancelled so we were able to walk in. Glad we did. Must try if you’re a Sushi fan. The next time I’m getting Yummy Yummy. It was recommended after we ordered. But will definitely return to try others!
