Not sushi! Disgusting! Expensive for what it is. Not a restaurant, it’s inside a Food Universe. The rice has not been treated as sushi rice, it plain rice. They didn’t cook the bacon or sweet plantains throughly. We ordered the Nueva York roll $13. The plantains were hard, not sweet and the bacon was raw. It tasted weird. Very salty.

Ordered via Uber eats. Order took about 20mins longer than the expected time, and I was never able to get in touch with the restaurant to confirm my order was on the way. Other than that the food is as you would expect. Arrived a bit cold.

I get it, businesses need a way to make money. But lying to folks on Ubereats and stating it’s an Asian/Japanese restaurant when it’s just bland supermarket sushi is crazy to me. You’re not eating from mambo sushi express, you’re eating from food universe they got me good

Don’t waste time or money I know the bento box sounds worth it but it’s not. Food is not cooked/prepared/served well or accurate. The miso soup is brown and has a spoiled bitter taste how do you mess up broth if that doesn’t tell you all u need than ok here’s more idk what the sushi is but it’s not right wrong rice, wrapped wrong, and seaweed literally taste like the ocean and is thicker than other places also they don’t give ginger or wasabi, the salad isn’t fresh lettuce it’s dark withered edges and they used French dressing wha Thai restaurant uses French dressing it should be ginger. Small portions too small to even qualify for lunch let alone dinner. Finally my main complaint is delivery can take upwards of 2hrs and when u want to cancel unless u order thru Uber eats they won’t cancel it instead they send you your 2.5 hr old order freezing cold meal and expect you to accept it and when you refuse delivery driver goes crazy had to call my bank to challenge charge for refused food which took a week to resolve refund. Delivery man is no longer allowed in my building and restaurant no longer available in this area as Uber banned them from listing as available to the area as they receive too many complaints regarding late delivery and use their own driver but everyone else look out ur gettin over price for bad food wait 2hrs to receive cold food to have a psycho deliver your meal he don’t just go crazy for refusals he gets nuts over tips too anything less than $5 he go off in another language even if your meal only $15.37 being given $20 got me cussed out hide your kids your wife man

WILL NEVER BUY FOOD FROM HERE EVER AGAIN, Ordered on Uber Eats lady over the phone has a disgusting attitude hanged up the phone on me 3 times trying to figure out where is my food. Refused to tell me where my food is. Kept making excuses up. Business like this needs to be shut down.

Very disappointing. I ordered thru Uber Eats. But never got my order. I called the store several times only to be told it’s on its way. Now the store is closed and cannot reach anyone. I don’t understand in this economy why are businesses refusing money. I paid for my order. I did get a refund from Uber. But I will never order from this store or will recommend it anyone.
