Customer service has gone down severely. Do better for the sake of your current and future consumers. I personally will not be returning as my last experience will not allow me to, it’s sad because this was actually one of my favorite sushi spots. Customer service is everything to me and you all are severely lacking.

Sushi Masa had one of my favorite dishes, Massaman, on their menu. My only question was whether it came with sweet potatoes or regular potatoes. I was told I had my choice. I ordered with sweet. Meal came and it was very good, but no potatoes at all. When I questioned the waitress, she apologized. I had to take about 50% home. I asked they add the sweet potatoes and was told yes. When I had the next day, it had two small WHITE potatoes.

We went to this restaurant twice in the last month. The first time it was quite enjoyable and I don’t remember it being that expensive. Last night we went again and ordered just appetizers and I had a beer and my wife had a soda and with the tip it came to $80. We ordered all appetizers. For example avocado and crab spring roll which was okay. We had edamame which is just steamed green beans. My wife had the spicy miso soup, which she said was very good, and sunomono which she described as meeting her expectations – very good. I had an a sushi appetizer that was three pieces of miniature sushi combined with a tuna roll. The server was a bit offputting. Also they charged a 20% gratuity on top of the bill and didn’t give us the opportunity to decide our own tip.

I do not recommend anyone go to this place for several reasons. First reason if you are partial to customer service this establishment is not they are The rudest set of customer service people I have ever had the displeasure of being served by. Secondly I do not believe that this restaurant is operating legitimately when you call their phone number which I have been calling every day for several days now you can not get a dial tone it is if the number is out of service. Over the last couple of weeks they have been removed from Uber eats so you can’t even order online whether it’s a pick up or delivery for this particular restaurant. It is very true that they do not take care of their regular customers and that they treat their regular customers as if they were brand new rude customers walking through the door for the first time.

Service has gone down, I called twice to place an order and was hung up on. Walked in to place the order and was told I need to pay first? Before getting my order? I was literally refused service as whatever female they have working here walked away during mid convo. I’ve been to this restaurant at least 30 times and I will literally NEVER be back.

Stopped by to grab some sushi. Sushi was good. Service was not that great. The waitress hovered over us while we were trying to pay. She just stood there and stare at us after we paid the check . I am assuming she was making sure we are leaving a tip. Very awkward experience. I will not return
