The tuna was so gross I had to spit into a napkin. I was charged for not finishing a roll that was mushy, and didnt taste good. I would’ve eaten more if my appetite hadn’t been curved by the yucky tuna they were serving. The only thing that was edible was the salmon. Jacky- the cashier was obnoxious and charged me for leftover food that was too gross to eat- even after I showed her I had spit it up. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. $40 is not worth the poor customer service or rolls. Incredibly unsatisfied customer!

Came to check out this restaurant on a very busy graduation weekend so already expected a bit of a wait. The owner, Jackie, was very sweet and was helping her servers check on tables during the rush, she came by to make sure our drinks were refilled and our second “all-you-can-eat” order was taken and served quickly. The eel was prepared beautifully, with good prices for the fish quality. Will definitely be coming back!

I have never been treated so badly walking into a restaurant. I walked to the counter told the brunette girl two please, she says I’m gonna have to clean some tables up and then we’ll see if I can sit you. I said OK because there is only one other couple waiting and then she says you can just sit down. So the next couple comes up to the counter, and the blond server went to sit them immediately. But they were like no , that couple was here first. So we got sat. The first server, who was rude, brings the second couple over to the table right next to us and says here’s your table right next to the table you should’ve had. Just put a bad taste in my mouth never been to this restaurant before, was excited to have some sushi. the food was good, but I definitely will never go back because of the service of the brunette that was working that night the blonde server excellent . I wish I could come in and more on the food but I was so angry that nothing was too exciting for me. My husband enjoyed it though. Said it was really good.

We stopped in here on April 26, 2023. After reading the previous reviews, I just wanted to make some corrections it was not busy at noon time. The decor was quite nice. Service was very good 2 Asians were making the sushi which was excellent. The rice was not dry. The sashimi was very good and there were also vegetarian dishes available. We had tobiko and fresh quail egg, and I had tonkatsu both of which were very tasty. I would strongly recommend this restaurant if you enjoy excellent sushi. By the way, we are from the SF bay area and have had many restaurant experiences there.

Was in town for business and found this place on the map. I was not disappointed! The fish to rice ratio was perfect! You can tell the sushi chefs take pride in their art and have created some amazing combinations. From the nigiri to the rolls everything I ate tasted fresh. I couldn’t believe this gem is hidden in such a random place. I will be back Sushi Moto!

Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. The lady seating and taking orders was rude to the lady in front of us first. She seated us afterwards and clearly didn’t understand our order and when we corrected her she got defensive. I then said I want to pay for my drinks and leave and that’s where it escalated. I was mad and she acted like she didn’t understand. She needs to have better customer service. We wanted to try this restaurant since we never been but won’t go back now.
