This is a great place to come in for a quick but or a after my large slice of the best thing crust pizza I have ever had in my life!!! They have a very friendly staff the prices or higher then a mom and pops pizza shop but you can bet it’s well worth it!!! They have the freshest vegetables on their pizza not like that canned stuff dominoes has. And they have a large selection of beer on tap and in the bottles and cheap a beer here will cost you a little over 5 bucks and brand name beers at that!!! The wine selection isn’t as larger but the price just $7 for a glass I think is a great deal. They have birthday parties here it is just overall a good experience

The place was short staffed and the staff that was there was incompetent. They made our (very easy) order incorrectly twice and all they offered in return was a brief apology. Then, we heard a female staff member screaming and swearing at her male colleagues for several minutes, which we (along with several small children) could hear clearly even from the outdoor seating area. The pizza itself was adequate, but nothing special.

ordered a pizza around 9:05 pm the pizza was taking long, so i called to find out what was going on 9:45pm and the gentleman who answered the phone tell me it’s on its way. then around 10:00pm i get a call saying they can’t make anymore pizzas, mind you the took my credit info and all, and to make things worse my daughter 6years old was starving.this will be the last time i order from this location or even recommend it. yes the pizza is good but POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WAS LIED TO. why LIE and say it’s on it’s way when the pizza wasn’t even made????

Unbelievably slow service. Yes, it was a Friday night, but were told 11 minutes. After 20 minutes realized they hadn’t even put it in the oven. It was 34 mi ch utes for a cheese pizza. They get 2 stars because it was very tasty. Even with the free pizza card, will not be back.

Decent pizza, if you can get them to make it for you. So disorganized. Staff is clueless. Management is worse. 20 minute wait only to find out that the pizza wasn’t even started! Got my $28 for a small pizza back. Ill never eat there again!

We love the pizza here. The thin crust is great. All of the ingredients always are fresh, and the sundried tomatoes are to die for. Nice outdoor seating for when the weather is nice.

A few nights ago I ordered a large cheese pizza and a chicken caesar salad. When I got home I realized there was no chicken or no crutons on my salad, just lettuce and a little cheese thrown on top. Also, the pizza had stewed tomatoes all over it, was cold, and tasted bitter. I was so disappointed all around since this place used to be so good (years ago prior ownership). I don’t usually leave bad reviews but my kids wouldn’t eat it and it was such a disappointment all around. Maybe an off night… ‍♂️

I never realized that Upper Crust was expensive until it moved to Wellesley and I started ordering very frequently. I still love their pizza on occasion but feel that it’s kind of pricey for what you get. They do some great slices of the day and I love that they offer whole wheat crust. Getting a whole pie delivered is expensive and in Wellesley, it takes a really long time!!! I have varied service here. Sometimes it’s great especially when the owner is there and other times horrible. Best Advice, go for the slice of the day on whole wheat and go on off peak times if possible 🙂
