From the moment we walked in we knew we made the right choice. It smelled yummy. The tonkatsu ramen was perfection. Savory, creamy and full of pork. Edamame was fresh and plentiful. The chicken ramen looked amazing and my friend said it was one of the best she had eaten (and she loves ramen).

Considering how reasonably priced the sushi rolls were, I wasn’t expecting to be blown away. My husband and I shared a Rainbow roll; as soon as I tasted it I was tempted to ask my husband to get his own while I enjoyed the delicate rice and flavorful fresh fish. The service was incredibly prompt and courteous, too. I’m delighted to find this gem.

Sushi rolls were comparable to to-go trays at the supermarket though the spicy tuna and spicy salmon were just regular tuna and salmon with siracha on top. The deep fried rolls were actually great. They did have GF soy available which was a plus. The Ramen was OK: noodles and pork both seemed slightly overcooked. Broth wasnt too salty. It was crazy busy and staff seemed way overwhelmed.

I had this for lunch because my office ordered it for take out. The chashu was just a big dry slab of pork, zero flavor whatsoever. And the tonkutsu soup was very salty, and dripped all over the place because the bowl was too small.

Hidden gem in MV. Intimate venue with a positive atmosphere. It is busy here and for good reason. The sushi is fresh and flavorful. The ramen is hot and savory. You can rotate which rolls you order, but the Sunset and the Rainbow rolls are staples. Customer service is top notch so definitely plan your date nights so they start here.

What a delightful surprise. We saw an ad in a church bulletin for the great bakery next to Sushi Ramen House. It is in a nice shopping center with plenty of parking. The decor is nice, and the service super friendly and efficient. My wife had two types of sushi and I had Ramen. Both were excellent. They also served green tea in nice mugs.

The food was ok. I think the poke bowl was good. The chirashi sushi bowl didn’t use sushi rice, so it was odd. The ramen was a bit bland. The soup just didn’t have umami. Also, it was a bit overpriced as the portions were pretty small. I thought the interior was great and I hope they do well. They have a lot of waiting staff, but they weren’t that attentive.
